1、Application and Performance Specification
1.1 Application
This product is an indispensability equipment which used to deliver medium in Pipe System. It can filter the mechanical impurities in the medium and the rust , sand in the sewage and little solid particle in liquid, which can protect the accessories of pipe from wearing down and blocking so that to make sure the regular work.

1. Design Manufacture Acc.to ASME B16.34《valves- Flanged Threaded And Welding End》standard.
2. Test is up to API 598《Valve Inspection and Testing》standard.
3. Side flange connection up to ASME B16.5《Pipe Flanges And Flanged Fittings》standard.
3、Structural Features and Using Principle

4、Keeping, Installation, Application
1. This product can be installed in where is convenient to maintenance, examination and operation.
2. Before installation, check the mark on the product if it suit the requirement of the place.
3. Before installation, check the bore of the Y-stainer. Install it if there is no waste.
4. The valve should be put in the dry and airy place and the passage of the valve should be blocked.
5. Long-term storge valve should be periodic examined, clean waste and spread rust preventive oil.
5、Stoppage and Solution
If the there is too much sediment, the pressure of Y-strain will rise. Then, the flow velocity will reduce. In order to prevent the filter breaking, it should be cleaned regularly. When cleaning, take care of the stainless steel filter. Do not let it be out of shape and damaged. Otherwise, the purity of filtered media can not reach the design standard. If the filter is damaged, it should be changed as soon as possible.
6、Precautions
1 The valve material selection and the possibility of deterioration in use and necessary periodic inspection by the user is responsible for considering.
2 The valve design only consider the general case, if there are special requirements shall be specified in the contract.
3 The valve design only consider certain corrosion, there is a serious or special corrosion occasion, the valve does not apply.
4 The valve operating temperature range shall not exceed the provisions of article 1.2 in the table, more than (including instantaneous) the range of consequences is the user's responsibility.
5 The valve is used in the media are listed in article 1.2 in the table, cause beyond the scope of the consequences is entirely the responsibility of the user.
6 Valve operation process not welding repair and exterior paint.
7 The valve shall be removed under compression.
8 Valve according to the fourth sheet material matching under repair.
9 The valve design not consider seismic load, the consequences arising there from, shall not be responsible for manufacturing factory.下载本文
