    2.1市场需求                                                                

    随着安防行业的发展,人们对安防业务的需求也更加丰富,对安防终端显示产品的要求也越来越高。市场迫切需求一种高可靠性,支持全功能信号通道,显示组合方式灵活,具备漫游拉伸的高清显示系统来满足行业的需求。                                                                                                                                

    2.2项目需求                                                                

    液晶拼接屏项目目由一个2*2的46" lcd超窄边拼接屏组成。前端信号是                                                                

    av信号,要求同时可以显示4个不同图像,大屏具有拼接功能。

    3.1系统设计原则和目标                                                                

    系统的可鉴于以上要求本技术方案提供的液晶拼接墙显示系统。通过这套液晶拼接显示系统可以将各类信号在液晶拼接墙上显示,形成一套功能完善、技术先进的信息显示管理控制系统,为用户提供一个交互式的灵活系统,适应不断发展的各种需要。                                                                

    3.1.1系统可靠性                                                                

    拼接墙一般要求一天24小时,一年365天连续工作,这就要求监视器、拼接墙具有可靠性、稳定性高等特点,以保证系统稳定可靠地运行。                                                                

    影响系统可靠性主要包括温升、结构、干扰、以及系统本身的使用寿命等。系统的发热量大,将大大减少系统器件的使用寿命,而如果设备很重,则不利于安装和使机构不堪重负。此外,系统的抗干扰能力也直接影响系统的可靠性。                                                                

    拼接墙液晶屏选用高可靠性的液晶屏,液晶独特的显示原理、全数字化的驱动系统,以及利用工程流体力学设计的空气涡流散热方法,确保拼接墙的高可靠性和稳定性,同时全钢的拼接墙结构和合理的工艺设计,使拼接墙既无辐射也不受外界电磁场的干扰,稳定可靠。

    3、处理器软件需具有全中文操作界面、信号源类型管理、控制器通道管理、矩阵管理、信号窗口管理、模式管理、预案管理、系统操作员管理。                                                                

    4、图像处理器配合矩阵切换器可以实现在大屏幕上显示以下三类信号:计算机信号、视频信号、计算机网络信号(10/100m)并且任意整屏、分屏、图像漫游、叠加、跨屏、缩放等功能任意组合显示。

    功能要求:                                                                

    系统硬件架构采用全硬件fpga+dsp 处理架构,内部自建核心运算机制,采用dsp芯片完成于图像处理相关的信号算法处理,采用fpga完成不同信号的调度切换,充分发挥不同芯片的特点和功能,可以避免仅仅采用fpga处理在图像画质上的欠缺。整套设备无采用嵌入式全硬件结构、无windows操作系统内嵌操作系统,启动速度快(约5秒),没有工控机                                                                                                                                    

    式设备的死机、系统地崩溃、硬件冲突、蓝屏、计算机病毒的困扰,具有极高的稳定性与可靠性,平均故障时间mtbf>30,000小时,稳定性高,支持365×24小时的连续运行,能够适应控制室、调度中心、监控中心等场所对系统性能日益严格的要求。能够有效地解决显示带宽和高画质图像清晰度之间的矛盾问题,实现图像的清晰度和产品硬件带宽之间合理有效地平衡,从而实现拼接画面的漫游、叠加、拉伸、缩放等功能。
