Example: Relaxation, I use relaxation to against pressure. Usually I will take some hobbies after work, for example play Chinese chess with my workmates when we have rest. To play chess not only helps me relax, but also helps me to focus on what I am doing, which is helpful to my work.

Especially in emergency situation, we controller must do our best to help pilot to handle the problem. So I think we need more communications, we need respect each other because we are cooperative units.
