BA板用于采样OTIS电梯楼层、方向及状态信号,且以串行通信的方式传送出去,串行通信为标准的RS485半双工接口。BA板每100mS采样一次输入信号,并按照一定的格式编码保存起来,等待上位机查询。BA板按从机方式工作,由板上的拨码开关的bit1~bit5设识别地址,上位微机为主机,微机通过RS485总线以巡查方式收取BA板上的相关数据。其巡查原理也是这样,上位微机向RS485总线发出所要查询的BA板(也就是对应于某台电梯)的地址指令,BA板接到指令后判断是否为本机地址;如果是本机地址,则向总线发出测量数据指令,上位微机在总线上接收该BA板的测量数据指令。
1.拨码开关设置
1.1 DIP拨码开关S1位置于“ON”则逻辑为“1”,否则为“0”。

2.1命令
本协议共有两条命令,全部是字节流形式,由主机发送控制命令、BA板采用被动接收并以应答的方式发回电梯状态信息,命令执行完毕可根据返回的字节流判断命令执行是否成功,现分别介绍如下:(除非特别指明,每一格代表一个字节)

电梯系统的楼层数据是十六段显示编码,BA板测量到的电梯系统十六段显示编码的楼层译成二进制码,楼层数据按百位(实际为半位)、十位、个位分别编码,状态2的高半位为百位,状态3为十位,状态4为个位。十六段显示编码到二进制码译码关系如下表。
