When it comes to the most important quality for me todevelop to be a good leader, I would Vote for the communication skills. Having good communication skills'means communicating in a clear, strong, kind, polite andeffective way. Without good communication skills, it'salmost impossible for one to lead others. Therefore, the communication skills are very much like the foundation for a person to be a good leader. To improve communication skills, I will follow the steps below.
The first step I will take is to read books about good communication skills. From them, I can learn some theory and tips that can guide me.
Reading books alone is not enough. With some tips of good communication acquired from reading, will also consult professionals. That is, I will take some courses that can train me to communicate effectively. With the help of the teachers. my communication skills will improve faster.
After reading books and taking the courses, I will practice the communication skills in the daily life because learning without practicing is of no use. A good way to do this is to join student clubs. For example, the public speaking club is a good choice.
I hope the steps above will help me improve the
communication skills that are essential to be a leader.

1. Life begins the edge of your comfort zone.
2. This quote tells us that it's important that one steps outof the comfort zone, makes braver decisions and takes bolder actions. If we stay inside the comfort zone. we will not be able to try new things and make breakthroughs. Singing out of tune was a problem I had been struggling with for long time. I thought that I simply did not have any talent for singing. So was always afraid of going to KTV with my friends. But eventually, I decided to take class in singing. Initially, it was difficult but with the teacher's encouragement, I became better at singing and I started to enjoy it.

Hi everyone. I want to start my presentation by asking you a question: If you had a chance of living the life of the past 10 years again, what changes would you make? Would you be braver, take more risks and grasp more opportunities?
Actually we all have a state in which we are surrounded by familiar things and we are at ease. That state is called comfort zone. In our comfort zone, we feel safe and the levels of anxiety and stress are low. So naturally we do not want to step out of the comfort zone, since we want to avoid uncertainty and risks. However, if we stay within our comfort zone all the time, we won't improve and be better.Stepping out of the comfort zone means taking risks, but it can also bring opportunities. People who are not afraid of failure and brave to take risks usually reap greater rewards than those who keep from pushing their own boundaries.
I was very shy when I was little girl and was never brave enough to speak up in class. In my English class, the teacher
asked each of us to take turns and give a speech each week Two weeks before my turn to give speech, I started practicing at home. Every day I would practice in front of the mirror and at last, I was able to give a fluent speech. But it was just in front of the mirror. Finally came the day that I had to give my presentation and I was neryous. I thought of pretending to be sick and asking for leave from school. but my mum encouraged me, saying, "Annie, don't you want to give it a try? Maybe it's not that bad. Think of your classmates as the mirror and you can do it. I finally went to
school. and the moment I started talking. I realized that it was not as scary as I thought and I kind of loved it. And how about my speech? It was brilliant! By now. I've won dozens of public speaking contests.
Step out of your comfort zone and you will enter a new world! My friends, would you want to muster up the courage I step forward into a new world risky but full risky but full of opportunities, insecure yet full of possibilities? That's all. Thank you.

From a young age, children learn about leadership by watching the people around them. By observing how others respond to criticism and confront failure, children begin to develop their own habits and thought processes. Through social and emotional learning, teachers and parents can encourage students to begin analyzing their habits and behaviors to create long-term leadership goals. As students gain responsibility and enthusiasm about being a leader, it's important to help them develop specific leadership qualities.
