Our school will look for the School Watcher and give him or her lots of prizes. You could be the one!

How do you join it?

14、   The aim of students who come to school is to study. But to study requires a right way, or you waste either the time or the money. The following are the ways of studying.

The best time for reading is morning, because in the morning, the air is fresh and the mind is clear. For that reason, we can get good result.

①In studying we must have patience. If we have not known a text well, we must read it again. We should not read the next one until we have learned the first one.

②When we are studying, we must put our hearts into the book, or we can get nothing from the book while we are reading.

   When William Thomas decided to rob(抢劫) a jewellery’s shop, he made carefully plan. He watched the shop for some days, he found a good place to leave his car, he found a really heavy brick, and he even made plans for the jewellery immediately so that he wouldn’t be caught.

   On the day of the planned robbery, he parked his car on a nearby road and walked around the corner to the jewellery’s shop, carrying the brick under his coat.

He looked up and down the road and then, when nobody was watching him, he took the brick from under is coat and threw it at the window.  

Unluckily, William had not checked how strong the glass in the shop window was. The brick hit the window and bounced back off the glass. It hit William on the head and knocked him unconscious（失去知觉）.

The Slender West Lake Scenic Spot lies in the northwestern part of Yangzhou, with its south gate facing Great Rainbow Bridge Road. It covers an area of about 123.6 hectares. The Slender West Lake was named a National Key Scenic Spot in 1988 and National AAAAA Tourist Area in 2010. 

The Slender West Lake used to be a long river named the Baozhang Lake, which is 4 kilometers in length and less than 100 meters in width. A famous poet Wang Hang in the Qing Dynasty once composed a poem, from which the Slender West Lake gets its present name and for which it is well known all over the world.
