3.能正确运用There be句型谈论或描述自己对事物喜好的变化。

课件、录音机、磁带、图片、表格。
教学过程
一、Warm-up & Revision
1.教师给每组分发相同的动词短语小纸片,如:play badminton, eat food,drink water,run,go cycling,ice-skate等。一个学生在台上做动作,小组合作排序,比一比哪个小组排得又快又准。
2.同桌二人运用所给的动词短语,运用过去时和现在时的对比描述来写出变化。如: I couldn’t run very fast before. Now, I run like a cheetah. I was so short. I couldn’t go cycling. But I go cycling every day now.
二、Presentation & Practice
Let’s check
1.先让学生观察课本这三幅图片画的是什么?并尝试用英语描述。
2.教师播放录音,学生给图片标号。
3.全班讲评订正。
4.学生读图片下单词并翻译。
5.教师再次播放录音,学生边听边将没有听到的单词划去。
6.师生共同交流答题技巧。
Let’s wrap it up
1.在PPT上展示课本上的五幅图,让学生之间相互商量如何表达每一幅图,并记住这些图的内容。
(教师可板书相关词汇或句型来降低难度)
2.教师在PPT上把五幅图反过来,并重新排序,在每幅图背后分别标上1~5的数字。
3.由一名学生随意点其中一个数字,并根据记忆说出其中一幅画的变化,教师随意点另一名同学,问他是否相信前面同学所说,如果相信,并能按照前面同学所说的再描述一次,画面内容与描述一致,两名同学可分别为所在组赢得两分;若所说不一致,两人各得一分。
Story time
1.看图,创设语境。
T: Look at the picture. Who are they?
Ss: Zoom and Zip.
T: They are reading a magazine. What is the magazine about? Read the story quickly and find the answer.(学生自由回答,教师总结。)
T: The magazine is about the past, the present and the future of the cooking, of the environment and of the whales.(板书in the past,now,in the future三个时间短语。)
2.学习文本。
a.结合图片帮助学生理解故事大意。
b.阅读故事,小组讨论,完成表格。
