本节课是 PEP BOOK 5第二单元 B 部分P19中的 Read and write
●教学准备:
教具准备:课件,录音机,磁带,动词类教师卡片等。
●教学目标:
1.知识目标:
(1)能理解、认读Read and write中吴一凡和机器人的对话,并能在实际情 景中运用。
(2)能够在情景中运用句型What do you have on Fridays/...? I have ...
Do you often play sports/...? Yes, I do. / No, I don’t.
What do you often do on the weekend? I often ...Sometimes I ...
(3)能够根据提供的信息模仿对话、补全新的对话。
2.能力目标:
能够按照正确的意群及语音、语调朗读Robin的建议,理解建议内容并仿写句子。
3.情感目标:
通过学习,让学生学会合理利用周末,加强体育锻炼,做到有张有弛、劳逸结合。
●教学重点:
能够灵活运用所学句型于实际生活中,能看懂计划表,设计健康的计划表。
●教学难点:
运用句型“You should ...”给别人建议。
●教学过程:
一、Warm-up and revisions
1. Let's sing: Days of the week
2. Free-talk:
T: Hello! Boys and girls. How are you?
S: I am fine, thank you!
T: What day is it today?
S: It's Monday.
T: What do you have on Mondays?
S: We have... on Mondays.
3. Revise the words about classes. Then make dialogues in pairs.
4. T: How about on the weekend? Do you have any classes?
S: No, I don't.
T: Then what do you do on the weekend?(板书句子) Let's guess and say.
Use "I often......" to answer.(板书句子)
5. Let's chant:
Monday, Monday .What do you have on Mondays?
I have art and math class.
Monday is fun for me.
Sunday, Sunday. What do you do on Sundays?
I often paint or play football.
Sunday is sweet for me.

1. Show a schedule, teach the word "schedule".
T: Look! This is a schedule. Who can tell us the meaning of schedule?
S: 计划表,安排表。
2. T: Whose schedule is this? Let's see. (课件出示Robin的头像)
Ss: Robin's!
T: Yes. Look! Robin has a colourful week.
T:Do you have any questions to ask Robin?
S1: Robin, Robin! What do you do on Mondays?
T: I often play ping-pong. (教师模仿Robin 的声音)
接着让一学生扮演Robin ,其他学生提问。
3. T: Do you like Robin’s week?
Ss: Yes.
T: Me too. I think his week is colourful. It’s healthy, too.
4. Now, I would like to introduce you a boy, Let’s have a look at his weekends.
(播放事先录好的录音)
(一位近视学生Joe的录音)Hello, friends. Nice to meet you. My name is Joe. I am from Shiyan Primary School. I am in Class4, Grade6.(停顿下,师让学生问:What do you often do on the weekend?)然后继续播放视频:I often play computer games, watch TV, play computer games and watch TV. Oh! My god! I have a near sight now.(对班上有近视的学生,问他们:Do you often watch TV/play computer games? Do you often play sports? 教师顺势引导学生:You can’t spend much time on watching TV or playing computer games. It’s not good for your eyes. You should take care of your eyes. You should often play sports on the weekend. 出示You should...的句子,从而引出单词advice)
5.T:Now,look ! This is Chen Jie. Let’s know about her weekend. Let's ask together.
Ss: Chen Jie, Chen Jie, what do you often do on the weekend?
T: Now, you’re Chen Jie and answer the question in time. You should answer:
I often ... (要求学生在规定的时间内说出PPT上快速闪出的图片:do homework, read books, play football, play ping-pong, listen to music, watch TV, 最后以掌声鼓励)
T: Do you like Chen Jie’s weekend? S: Yes.
T: Why? S: Because it’s colourful.
6.T: Yes, Chen Jie’s weekend is colurful. What about Wu Yifan's weekend? Is his weekend colourful? Now, let’s listen to the dialogue on P19 and answer the questions.(CAI)
三、Practice
1.Listen and tick or cross.
2. Read the dialogue in pairs. (模仿语气)分小组分角色有感情地朗读课文,Answer the questions below.
(1) What does Wu Yifan have on Fridays?
(2) Does he like sports?
(3) What does he often do on the weekend?(要求学生在书本上画出相关句子)
3.(CAI))Look at the schedule above and complete the dialogue below.
四、Extension
1. Design a healthy schedule for Joe.
2. Write an advice to Joe on a small paper, then stick on the advices wall.
3. Show the schedules and advices in class.
五、Homework:
1. Design a dream weekend for yourself. (为自己设计一个梦想的周末)
2. Play sports and do something useful every day. (每天坚持运动,做有益的事情。)

七、课后反思:
作为一个单元的最后一课时,应适当对整个单元的知识进行一定的复习和巩固,所以我采用了多媒体课件、猜猜做做的游戏等多种教学手法,来充分调动学生们的积极性和参与性。
既然是一节阅读课,就必须有一定的情境,我以free-talk的形式引入到情境里面,通过看Robin 的schedule,一方面提供了学生说英语的机会,另一方面为故事的发生做铺垫。阅读课并不仅仅只是读然后带着学生完成下面的练习,也让学生们观看一个学生Joe的视频,贴近学生生活,直观感受到应该丰富自己的周末,多进行体育锻炼,保护自己的眼睛。让学生去扮演课文中的吴一凡和Robin ,亲身体验语言的魅力,体会文中的情景,通过练习检验学生的掌握情况。通过为Joe设计一个健康的安排表,并给他一些建议的活动,使学生在情景中更好地运用所学句型,锻炼学生写的能力,不仅锻炼了语言运用能力,也使学生在兴趣中积极地习得语言。
