Nowadays, with the new policy of China, China opened the economics door, in order to sell Chinese brands out and bring in foreign products at the same time. The market share of important products is increasing rapidly in many countries across the world because of economic globalization.  Every consumer has his own requirements about the products. Some of them believe that they should only purchase goods made in their own country in spite of the cost or not. As for me, people should buy things no matter which country makes it.

At the first place, domestic products may be of poor quality while being more expensive than imported ones. This is why so many Chinese choose to buy the computers made in America. China manufactured computer often have worse performance than those developed in the U.S., and at the same time, they usually cost more. So in this case, people would choose American computers instead of Chinese ones. Likewise, these years Chinese products occupy most of the American markets. We can see there are various kinds of products everywhere in USA, because they are way cheaper than the same thing made in America. One’s standard of living can be lowered if he or she always buys costly domestic commodities. Certainly, a smart family will choose to buy the products with the cheapest price. 

On the other hand, it is also important to buy the domestic products. We are supposed to support our native products. If people all go to purchase foreign goods, and then as time passes, people give money to develop other countries and their own country may face the economic issue. In addition, some products have the regional limitation. Maybe the products which make in ones’ own country is the best. Therefore, in this case, people are supposed to buy their own country products. 

Finally, if we choose to buy foreign products, the competition between domestic and international enterprises will be less fierce if people insist on choosing domestic goods even if they cost more than foreign ones. Similarly, people are supposed to contribute to their own country and to buy the stuff and then promote the economic development. Both of them should be considered. So when people make decisions, the most essential factors they should consider are price and quality. 

All in all, people should consider quality and the price of the product as the primary factors when they choose what to buy. In other words, we should buy things of good quality no matter where it’s produced.下载本文
