3、定向猎头服务介绍
• 服务方式: 由客户指定具体人选,由瀚德公司的猎头顾问采用专业的手段,为客户将合适的人选纳为己用。无试用保证期(因为候选人是客户自己选定)
• 收费标准:一般猎头委托金为30000元(外地的增加一倍或对发生费用实报实销),成功后支付年薪的23%(一般项目将包含已经支付的委托金,特殊项目另议)。
• 优势分析:避免客户与竞争企业直接进行摩擦,也可避免熟人之间难以谈判待遇,以瀚德猎头良好的声誉和说服技巧提高挖角的成功率。

瀚德猎头为客户提供中级人才及以下职位的代理招聘服务。代理招聘的收费很低(相对猎头服务),收费标准为(每个职位预付3000元-5000元,在总服务费中扣除,不退还):
1. 成功后收费:普通人才6000元/人收费,中级人才8000元-10000元/人收费,人才到岗后五个工作日内支付剩余费用,不再有保证期,也没有退款。
2. 按简历收费:按企业希望联络的简历数量收费。每份简历按各级别费用标准的10%收费。不保证人才能够被录用。

步骤一:分析、评估客户需求
为了对客户的企业文化、历史、产品、管理风格有透彻的了解,我们与客户进行充分、有效的沟通,并与客户共同对空缺岗位进行分析,总结该岗位的职责、任职资格及相应的薪酬水准。
步骤二:确定合作协议书
· 按职位层次及数量收取一定额度的首付款
· 猎头服务费为聘用候选人年薪的固定比例一般为25%-33%。
· 瀚德猎头猎聘项目小组的方式运作
1名项目经理(负责整个招聘项目的管理)
· 项目经理将对项目进程及关键事件(如招聘标准,面试,与客户方中高层沟通等)进行协调和监督管理

步骤三:制订并实施搜寻方案
根据我们对客户所处行业的深刻认识,结合岗位的具体要求,为每一空缺岗位制订详细的搜寻方案。
依据所搜寻方案,利用我们庞大的候选人数据库、与各行业有关机构及人士的网络关系,凭借专门的技巧,对每一位潜在的候选人进行接触。
同时将该岗位的招聘广告以匿名形式刊登在瀚德猎头网站专业猎头服务专版及悬赏招聘专版上。
步骤四:筛选候选人
对所有接触到的候选人信息进行分析、过滤,包括候选人的岗位现状、沟通能力、离职可能性与动机、薪酬水准等。筛选出基本符合要求的候选人,并安排面试。
步骤五:面试、评估候选人
依据专为此岗位编制的测评指标对候选人进行面试,主要评测候选人的性格、管理能力、专业知识与技巧、工作成就、长处与不足、离职原因等。在测评的基础上,撰写评估报告,对候选人进行综合评价。
步骤六:推荐候选人并安排面试
将评估过的候选人综合信息提供给客户,根据客户的要求安排候选人与客户面谈,协助双方就具体聘用条件进行有效沟通。
步骤七:咨询与跟踪服务
确定人选,企业录用 如果企业对面试人员不满意,或者与满意的求职者未达成意向,在合同有效期内,瀚德猎头将继续为企业推荐人选,直至企业与个人求职者双方彼此认可。
最终企业正式录用合适人才到岗工作,至此视为瀚德猎头服务完成,并在应聘人员上岗后5个工作日内付清余款。
如果该瀚德猎头人才在试用的三个月内由于各种原因离开公司,瀚德猎头将针对该岗位继续免费再推荐人选。
若在服务有效期内,瀚德猎头未能向企业提供出合适人选,瀚德猎头将向企业免费提供在瀚德猎头招聘网站:www.hunter-chn.com上的职位发布服务,其服务换算金额大于等于企业预付款金额。

Payment for the Recruitment services: 8000-10000 RMB/ person for general and middle lever candidates. The remaining fees will be paid within five days of on- board, no guarantee period, and no refund.

step1 : to analyze and evaluate the needs of clients
In order to better know about the corporate culture, history, products and management style of clients, we communicate with them very effectively and sufficiently. Together with clients, we analyze the shortage occupation to summarize job responsibility, competence and salary standard.
step2: to fix cooperation agreement

We will hold the interview according the test standard that purposely made for the post, mainly test the personality, management ability, professional knowledge, accomplishment on work, advantage and disadvantage, demission reason and so on. And we will write evaluation report on the basis of the test results.
step6: to recommend candidate and hold interview
We will send evaluated candidate complicated information to clients, hold interview, and assist both sides to effectively negotiate the recruiting conditions.
step7: consultation and tracking service
If industry is not satisfied with the interviewee, or the both sides can not reach agreement within the validity period of the contract, we will continue our service for the industry. Our service completes when the industry officially hired the candidate, and the industry is ought to pay the residual balance in 5 days after the candidate began working. If the candidate quits in the first 3 months of probation period for whichever reasons, we will continue to hunt for the post for free.
