科室质量和安全教育培训计划                                                                

    一、科室管理与自身建设                                                                

    1、科室全面管理制度完善,人员岗位职责明确,日常管理资料齐全。                                                                

    2、科室及所开展技术依法准入,医务人员依法执业。                                                                

    3、制定科室发展长期规划和近期计划,注意科室人才梯队建设                                                                

    4、科室采取多种形式强化医德医风和行风建设,医务人员严格执行廉政要求,无违法乱纪情况发生。                                                                

    二、医疗质量与安全                                                                

    1、科主任、护士长为科室医疗质量管理第一责任人,科室医疗质量管理组织体系完善,各项规章制度齐全,运用科学的组织、计划、控制等方式创新性进行医疗质量、医疗安全管理。                                                                

    2、有全面医疗质量、医疗安全管理及持续改进的实施方案和落实措施,科室质量控制有标准、有措施,建立日常检查、分析、评价、反馈、处理等制度,建立医疗服务质量可追溯制度,实行质量责任追究制。                                                                

    3、定期开展科室全员医疗服务质量和安全教育培训                                                                

    4、医疗质量和医疗安全核心制度健全,落实到位,有核心制度落实保证措施,有质量持续改进措施及记录。医疗质量关键流程(主要指危重病人管理、围手术期管理、输血与药物不良反应、有创诊疗操作等)管理制度落实好。严格遵守医疗卫生相关法律法规,严格执行诊疗规范和临床操作规范,无违规操作现象。                                                                                                                                    

    5、有科室医务人员“三基三严”培训计划、考核计划及实施方案,相关档案完备、真实,记录规范、详细;心肺复苏等基本技术操作规范实现全员掌握。                                                                

    6、开展新技术、新项目符合各级卫生行政部门和本单位关于新技术、新项目的审批、准入、应用、评价、医学伦理学等相关规定。                                                                

    7、严格执行《医疗机构病历管理规定》、《山东省医疗护理文书书写基本规范(试行)》等有关规定,医疗护理文书书写及时、准确、规范。科室有专人负责病历质量管理,有定期的运行病历和出院病历质量评价制度和病历质量持续改进措施及记录,对病历质量实行全程监控、评价和反馈,不断提高病历质量。                                                                

    8、临床用药合理、规范,科室有临床用药控制的管理制度和落实措施;抗生素应用符合指导原则,用药记录能在病程记录中体现;全年科室平均药品收入占科室业务总收入比例不超出本单位具体要求范围。                                                                

    9、护理人员严格执行护理规章制度和操作规程,为病人提供优质、规范、温馨、安全的护理服务;                                                                

    10、科室成立感染管理监控小组,成员职责明确,能切实有效地开展工作;严格执行无菌技术操作、消毒隔离工作制度和手卫生规范及其它医院感染相关法律法规技术规范;医务人员熟练掌握医院感染知识,定期参加院感知识培训;落实医院感染监测、诊断、报告制度,医院感染率、漏报率达到规定要求;一次性使用的医疗器械、器具无重复使用现象;医疗废物管理规范。                                                                                                                                    

    11、门诊工作安排合理,人员配备充足,能够准时出诊。服务规范、态度和蔼,无投诉;门诊检查及用药合理,病历书写整洁、规范;严格执行传染病上报制度。                                                                

    12、医患沟通纳入制度化。严格执行医患沟通制度;有患者重点安全目标监测措施;落实医疗纠纷三级预警机制,积极防范并妥善处理医疗纠纷;医疗过失行为及医疗缺陷报告、分析、整改制度执行有力;有医疗纠纷投诉和处理登记本,内容真实、完整、规范。                                                                

    13、严格执行国家批准的医疗收费标准,科室医疗收费行为规范、准确,无错收、漏收、巧立名目乱收费现象,患者日均医疗费用不高于同地区同级医院平均水平。按照医院管理规定年度医保指标不超支,无乱用高价药、特殊医用材料情况。                                                                

    三、服务质量与水平                                                                

    1、严格遵守医务人员行为规范和道德准则,牢固树立“以病人为中心”的服务理念,服务流程遵循以人为本的原则,尊重关爱患者。                                                                

    2、严格执行首问负责制,服务过程用语文明、规范,无生、冷、硬、顶、推等不良现象。                                                                

    3、严格执行医患沟通制度和保护性医疗制度,充分保障患者隐私权。                                                                

    4、有针对性地实施健康教育,使患者及家属能够了解所患疾病的相关知识和检查、治疗、手术前后的注意事项,健注重健康教育效果定期评价检查

    为了提升干部和员工的品质观念,提高产品的质量,品管部特别制定品质培训计划,希望相关单位人员积极参与,具体如下:                                                                                                                                                                                                

    (如果因生产部进度原因而更改培训时间,则另行通知)                                                                

    请各单位主管提前通知参加培训的课长和班长,其中裁断/针车、组底/成型的因生产单位人多,将分两次培训(相同内容);

    品质部培训计划                                                                

    一、 培训目的(原因):                                                                

    为提高产品生产合格率,规范员工操作,巩固每道工序自检                                                                

    标准,提高员工品质意识,完善公司的质量管理体系,特展开品质培训。                                                                

    二、 培训内容:                                                                

    各工序常见错误操作,材料领用检验标准,半成品检验标准,                                                                

    产品验收合格标准,包装出货标准及违规相关处罚措施。                                                                                                                                

    三、 培训对象:                                                                

    车间员工、检验员、办公室人员                                                                                                                                

    四、 培训讲师:  品质部负责人                                                                                                                                

    五、 培训时间(周期):                                                                

    每月1-2次,若有重大品质异常事故,需紧急召开品质异常                                                                

    会议,分析讨论问题原因和解决方案。

    1. 原材料领用时,必须进行检验,以免作业过程产生不良品。

    2. 流水作业过程中,操作完成后需进行自检,自检合格后在                                                                

    下放到其他工序。接收半成品时也要进行检验,合格后再进行作业。(过程检验标准)                                                                

    3. 分析近来生产过程中出现的不良品原因,总结出相关解决                                                                

    方案并告知大家。                                                                

    4. 针对报废品的相关记录情况,讲解降低报废量的办法,尽                                                                

    量减少报废。                                                                

    5. 成品、合格品验收标准。                                                                

    6. 不合格品、不良品下放市场后对客户造成的不良影响、后                                                                

    果。
