    一、活动时间:2013年5月26日,星期日                                                                

    二、活动目的:通过居家风水讲解为客户普及风水知识,同时作为噱头吸引客户到场,促进成交;同时对前期成交老客户起到维护作用。                                                                

    三、活动主题:风生水起,上品人居--壹品天城风水大讲堂                                                                

    四、活动方式:                                                                

    (一)聘请秦皇岛周易协会风水专家,现场进行讲解。讲解的内容要结合壹品天城项目:                                                                

    1、首先讲解基本风水知识,为下面的内容做好铺垫;                                                                

    2、其次从大区域风水进行剖析,范围逐层缩小,最后过度到壹品天城项目地块优势;                                                                

    3、从一二三期中挑选有代表性的户型进行风水讲解,分析壹品天城户型及改造建议 (讲解内容需进一步和风水专家进行沟通,以ppt的形式进行讲解)                                                                

    (二)寺院大师现场开光                                                                

    聘请寺院大师,来访客户可将自己为开光的物品拿到壹品天城,由寺院大师现场开光。

    一、活动的准备阶段                                                                

    1、8:00分-8:50 分   现场布置到位,检查音箱,电脑、电视等视听设备,工作人员准备活动宣传物料(单页及ppt资料)。                                                                

    来访客户进行签到登记。负责人与主持人再次沟通当天的活动流程和注意事项;活动开始前反复播放项目宣传片。                                                                

    二、活动进行阶段                                                                

    上午场(活动开始时间9:00分)                                                                

    1、9:00分---11:00分  风水基本讲座                                                                

    2、11:15分-12:00分  现场与专家互动                                                                

    3、12:10分-13:00分  用餐时间
