1变频供水装置简介
变频供水装置是将相同(或不同)的立式或卧式水泵组合在一起,配备变频控制器以达到恒压供水之目的的设备。它结构紧凑,占地面积少,安装操作简便,维护少,高效、节能、卫生、舒适、安全且噪音低。

1.21 安全须知
在本安装及使用说明书中,对在安装和调试过程中应注意的基本事项进行了说明,所以在安装和调试前,安装者和操作者必须认真阅读此说明书。安装和操作者不但要注意一般的安全操作规范,而且也要注意以下所列出的特殊的安全须知。

1.23 人员素质要求
安装人员必须经过专业训练,具有相应的专业水平
1.24 违反安全规范的危害
如不注意安全规范将会给人员和设备带来危害,因此不注意安全规范而造成的人员\设备的危害和损失将失去一切索赔权利,一切后果由操作者自负。
不注意安全规范给人员和设备带来的主要危害包括;
--设备重要功能丧失
--因机电事故造成的人员人身伤害
为了避免事故,一定要注意各种安全规范以及德国电工协会规范和当地供电企业的规范。
1.25 检查和安全须知
用户有责任将设备的安装和检查工作只交付给具有相应专业人员来完成,安装和检查人员在工作前一定要对设备的安装使用说明书进行认真的研究,对设备有充分的了解。
设备的安装和检查工作只能在设备的停止状态下进行。
1.26 自行改装和备件生产
用户对设备自行进行改装,必须经生产厂家的许可,切使用原厂提供或由厂家指定的配件,以保证设备的可靠性。用户因使用非原厂提供或非厂家指定的配件所造成的一切后果厂家概不负责。
1.27 运输和中间存储
ACHTUNG 注意:设备在运输和中间存储中,要注意防潮和防机械损伤,设
备决不允许放置在5~50℃以外的环境中。
! 威乐公司所提供的供水设备一般安装在运输木托板上,供水设备必须
由许可的货物承载设施来运输,在运输过程中一定要注意设备的固定
和稳定
1.3技术参数
1.31适用介质范围
饮用水、卫生用水、冷却水、消防用水以及其它不含磨损性颗粒和长纤维杂质的,而且对水泵无化学或机械性腐蚀的介质。

最大流量可达280m3/h,符合标准DIN1998,当备用泵以满负荷运行时,最大流量可达390m3/h。若需更大流量可向威乐公司专门订购。

1.4设备配置
该设备根据标准DIN1988的第5部分和用户要求,将2到6台水泵并联安装在一个带减震支脚的底板上,置配控制器,压力传感器,压力缓冲罐以及各种阀门,进、出水母管及所有管路连接完毕。
1.41底板
底板带有高度可调的橡胶减震支脚,用于减小震动和噪音,并经镀锌处理。
1.42管道
所有的管道都用不锈钢制造,能够和所有常用的建筑管材连接,管道的尺寸根据设备的最大流量设计。
1.43水泵
采用2~6台MVI2~MVI52系列水泵并联连接,所有和水接触的部件都是不锈钢或表面经防腐处理的铸铁。详细资料参见MVI系列水泵样本。
1.44阀门
每台水泵在吸入端和出水端都安装有经过DVGW标准验证的镀镍黄铜球阀或闸阀,每台水泵出水口都装有不锈钢或黄铜止回阀。
1.45隔膜压力罐
隔膜为适用于饮用水的异丁橡胶,预充气的隔膜压力罐安装在出水母管上,容积8~24升,并且配置有用于测试和检修的阀门和放气口。
1.46压力传感器
压力传感器安装于出水母管上,当压力变化时,向控制器输出4~20mA的脉冲电流,从而实现自动恒压控制。
1.47压力显示装置
在出水母管上安装有直径为63mm的指针式压力表,在CR型控制器上装有液晶显示器。
1.5舒适型控制器
CR型控制器为带变频器恒压供水装置控制器。根据单台水泵电机功率的大小和水泵台数的多少分别安装在一控制箱或一控制柜里,控制箱和供水装置安装在同一底板上;控制柜则和供水装置分离安装。
1.51控制器硬件
通过屏蔽总线连接的电子式中心控制器,配有变频器,采用模块设计,配有电源开关,防护等级为IP41。控制器安装于喷塑的钢结构箱子或柜子里。ER经济型控制器则不配变频器。
1.52控制器模块
在控制柜门上,安装有中文液晶显示屏,该显示屏可显示2行,每行16字,并且带有8个用于选择菜单和设定参数的触摸式按键。
每台水泵配备选择开关,通过PLC模块完成系统控制
控制端子带变频器频率输出、压力传感器、ZLT,总故障信号SSM和总工作信号SBM,以及与远程遥控开关连接的接口。
控制器电源为DC24V/AC220V,外接电源为三相交流380V,50Hz.
1.控制器软件
通过传感器输送到PLC控制器上的4~20mA的电流信号,可以实现对1至6台水泵的全自动控制。
可实现无备用泵和有备用泵两种工作状态。手动-关闭-自动三种工作方式。
2变频供水装置的安装
变频供水装置的安装非常简单,只要砌一块足够大的混凝土平台即可。这块平台至少要高出地面或楼面100mm,目的是为了防止地(楼)面上的积水不至于殃及供水装置。平台的面积一般要比供水装置的底座每边大出100mm左右;平台的上表面应保持水平(水平度≤2/1000)且尽量保持平滑不致积水。供水装置的水平度可通过供水装置上的减震支脚来调节,见如下图示:

部分供水装置因其电机功率较大或台数多,需配置分离的控制柜。控制柜只要放置在离供水装置不太远(一般不超过2m)的地方即可,并无特殊要求。
供水装置底座上一般都配置供反向安装控制箱的螺母(已焊接在底座上)。用户如需调向,只要将电机和传感器的连线从控制箱拆下,卸下控制箱支腿的固定螺栓,将控制箱与其支腿一起重新安装在另一位置上即可。
供水装置进、出水母管与用户的供水系统连接时,应尽量避免强力组对,最好能通过软连接与供水装置相连。
3控制器调试使用说明
3.1系统概述
WILO变频恒压供水系统采用了交流变频调速技术及可编程序(PLC) 控制技术,采用结构化软件设计,构成了性能先进,合理可靠的电控产品。它可以取代水塔、高位水箱及传统的气压罐供水装置,满足各种类型的水厂、加压站、饭店宾馆、民用及公用高层建筑的生活、生产供水需求。
3.2控制系统基本工作原理
系统运行时,供水管网上压力变化,通过压力传感器变成电信号,经PLC 自动调节变频器的输出频率,以达到改变泵速而稳定压力的目的。同时,当压力在调节过程中高于或低于一定界限时,通过PLC 控制器对电机进行循环开停,并具有工频与变频之间的自动切换,以保证大流量变化时压力恒定。

3.4系统操作说明
3.4.1菜单设定
1、按下F2,使设备停止。
2、在压力显示屏状态下按SHIFT+F4键(按下SHIFT键后,屏幕会显示“S”,在按下F4键后“S”消失,按键有效),屏幕切换到菜单栏。
3、通过上下键头键进行菜单翻阅,阴影覆盖的菜单为当前菜单
4、当翻到需要修改的菜单时,按下“ENTER”,此时本菜单的数值被阴影覆盖。
5、通过上下键头键可进行数值增/减修改。
6、数值修改完成后,按下“ENTER”键确认所修改的数值,此时数值修改方完成。
7、按下“SHIFT+F4”切换到系统零流量延迟时间显示、水泵及
变频器运行时间显示、压力显示屏。
注意:应在系统停机的状态下才能修改菜单数值,否则将产生不可预知的错误。
3.4.2系统复位及复位到出厂值
1、系统复位
系统在故障状态下或不正常状态下,进行系统复位。
操作步骤如下:
按下“F2”使系统停止运行,再按下“SHIFT+F2”使系统复位。
2、复位到出厂值
如系统复位不能排除故障或系统停电60小时以上(菜单参数全部回“0” ),此时应进行“复位到出厂值”操作。
操作步骤如下:
1、按4.1的说明选择菜单(略)
2、将菜单 “8. FOCTOR 0”的数值“0”改为“1”
3、按下“SHIFT+F3” ,系统复位到出厂数值。

3.4.4设备运行、故障及停止
3.4.4.1设备运行
1、应将所有泵的出入口阀门打开(在运行初期不应全部打开)
2、所有泵的选择开关应置于自动档位(“手形”为手动;“0”位停止;“循环圈”为自动)
3、系统控制电、主电源上电
4、显示面板将初始化,当显示面板显示当前压力及泵状态时,初始化完成
5、进行参数调整
6、在参数输入正确的情况下并且“绿灯”亮、“红灯”不亮情况下,按下“F1”键,设备处于自动运行-压力调节状态,当一台泵运行压力不足时,控制自动启动第二台峰值泵(工频),依此类推直至满足用户要求。
注意:设备投入运行前,电机及水泵在工频、变频的旋转方向应一致正确。否则可
能导致设备、电机损坏,甚至危及人身安全。
3.4.4.2故障
“红灯”亮时指示设备故障,如“绿灯”也亮时,显示屏显示“F”所对应的设备故障;如 “绿灯”不亮时,为系统故障。参见故障代码。当故障 发生时应进行系统复位,如未消除应复位到出厂值,如仍未消除请与我们联系。
3.4.4.3设备停止
1、当要将运行的系统停止时,按下“F2”键系统停止运行
2、当需要系统复位时,先完成操作1,才能复位
3、当需要断电时,先完成操作1,再断电
4、当要将单台水泵进行紧急停止时,将该泵所对应的选择开关从“自动”
切到“O”或从“手动”切到“O”
3.4.4.4远程控制
设备可进行远程启动/停止,需要外加24V电源(功率根据线路远近而定),柜内接点为24V43mA。当菜单“7.1远程控制为1”时,接点接通设备自动启动;接点断开设备停止
3.5技术规范
1、本设备必须有良好的接地
2、设备运行前应保证电源线、电机线及其他控制线路连接正确良好,三相电源平衡
3、信号线必须用屏蔽线,中间不得有接头,屏蔽必须接地
4、电机绝缘应符合标准
5、控制线、电源线、电机线必须分开
6、电源电压必须符合标准 380V±10%;控制电压220V±10%
7、柜内变频器的参数不得自行修改,否则系统不能正常运行
8、环境湿度90%无凝结水
9、环境温度0-40摄氏度
10、不能将系统置于电磁干扰源附近
11、水泵、电机、变频器及控制系统应排除故障后方可运转
12、对于未按本操作说明执行、操作不当及其他外界原因而造成的设备、电机、水泵及其他损失,我公司将不予负责
13、设备调试人员必须经过培训,合格后才能进行设备调试;未经培训人员不得擅自对设备进行调试,否则后果自负
注意:1、设备在停电60个小时后菜参数值自动回零,此时必须进行出厂复位操作,
重新进行菜单设定
2、水泵不能干转,否则将使水泵损坏。

1.General Information
The unite is assembled the same (or different) vertical pumps or horizontal pumpe, with central frequency controller unite for isobaric water supply. The unite with compact frame, economic installation area, simple operation and few maintenance is high efficiency, save energy, clean, comfortable, safe and low noise.

1.2Safety /transport and storage
1.21 Safety
These instructions contain information which must be followed when installing and operating the sets. These operating instruction must therefore be read before assembly and commissioning by the installer and the responsible operator. Both the general safety instructions in the “Safety precautions” section and those in subsequent sections indicated by danger symbols should be carefully observed.
1.22 Danger symbols used in these operating instructions
! Safety precautions in these operating instruction which, if not
followed, could cause personal injury are indicated by the symbol:
When warning of electrical voltage with
ATTENTION! The symbol is used to indicate that by ignoring the relevant safety
instructions. Damage could be caused to the pumpe/machinery
and its function.
1.23 Staff Training
The personnel installing the pumpe must have the appropriate qualifications for this work .
1.24 Risks incurred failure to comply with the safety precautions
Failure to comply with the safety precautions could result in personal injury or the
pumpe or installation
Failure to comply with the safety precautions could also invalidate any claim for
damages.
In particular, failure to comply with these safety precautions could give rise, for example,
to the following risk:
--Failure of important pumpe or machinery function.
--Personal injury due to electrical, mechanical and bacteriological cause.
Existing relative criterions or VDE for the prevention of accidents must be followed.
1.25 Safety Information for Inspection and Assembly
The Operator is responsible for ensuring that inspection and assembly are carried out by authorized and qualified personnel who have studied the operating instructions closely.
Working on the pumpe/machinery should only be carried out when the machine has been brought to a standstill.
1.26 Unauthorized modification and manufacture of spare parts
Changes to the pumpe/machinery may only be made in agreement with the manufacturer. The use of original spare parts and accessories authorized by the manufacturer will ensure safety. The use of any other parts may invalidate claims invoking the liability of the manufacture for any consequences.
1.27 Transport and storage
ATTENTION! During transport and in storage the pumpe must be protected against
moisture, frost and mechanical damage.The unit must be perated in
the ambient temperature of 5-50℃.
! Wilo water supply sets normally installed on the transported board. They
must be sent by permissible facility and be careful for the fixing and
stabilization during the transportation process.

1.4 Construction features
Fully assembled (and certified) unit conforming to DIN 1988 part 5with 2 to 6 series multivert series pumpes arranged in parallel, mounted on a common base frame, pipe work complete with all hydraulically required parts, central control unit and sensors as well as the complete electrical wiring
1.41 Base frame
Hot dipped galvanized complete with height adjustable rubber-in-shear vibration dampeners t almost fully eliminate structure bound noise generation.
1.42 Pipework
All stainless steel pipework to enable connection to all commonly used pipe materials. The pipework is sized suitable for max.hydraulic unit capacity.
1.43 Pumpes
2 to 6 MVI series pumpes arranged for parallel operation, All parts in contact with the fluid are made of stainless steel r stainless steel/cast iron. For detailed description refer to chapter High Pressure Pumpe.
1.44 Fittings
Each pumpe is equipped at the suction and discharge ports with DVGW-tested valves and at the discharge with check valve in a brass/stainless steel boby.
1.45 Diaphragm pressure vessel
8-24L with a food compatible Butil-caoutchouc diaphragm fitted at the discharge side f the pumpes. Complete with a ball cock for tests and inspections, drain and through-flow fitting.
1.46 Pressure Sensor
4~20mA transmit control impulses to the Comfort Controller, located at discharge side.
1.47 Pressure display
Pressure gauges (63mm dial) at discharge side. Additional digital display of discharge pressure on the alpha-numerical display screen at the Comfort Controller.
1.5 Comfortable Controller
CR controller is the controller with frequency converter for isobaric water supply set. The controller is installed in one control box or cabinet which decide by the power of each pumpe and the number of pumpes. The control box are fixed on one base with the pumpe, but the control cabinet is separated.

Fully electronic control unit, enclosure IP41,with main switch; modular design with connections by PPI of siemens. Available with frequency converter.(Economical controller without frequency converter)

CR-controller panel, flush-mounted in switchboard door, with alphanumerical LCD display, 2lines of 16 digits each, background illuminated, red and green Run and Fault LED’s Touch keyboard with 8 keys for menu selection, parameter setting, etc.
“Auto/Off/Man” choice switch with each pumpe, controlled by PLC module.

1.53Sorfware
Fully automatic control of 1 to 6 pumpe sets with frequency converter via sensor 4-20mA.with megger checks of control wiring.
Onsite selection with or without standby pumpe “MAN –O-AOTO” operation.
2 Installation
The installation is very simple which only require to make a large enough concrete base higher than the land or floor 100mm preventing the damage f the ponding water.
Each edge of base should be wider than the set base about 100mm.The concrete surface should be horizon(<2/1000)as smooth as not possible as not to store the water. The horizons could also be adjusted by the rubber-in-shear vibration dampers. See as followed:
Installation of water supply set (with control box)
The water supply set which the motor power is large or the number of pumpe too more, need to be equipped with the separated controller cabinet which can be located at the place not far from the set (not more than 2m) with no special requirement. The base of the set is equipped the screws for converting installation direction of the controller box have been welded on screws connected the controller boxes legs. Reinstall the box and the legs on convert place.
The connection pipes to the set should avoid the hard connection, we strongly suggested to use soft connection with the output and input pipes of the set.
3Controller Operating Instruction
3.1System Description
WILO water supply set with frequency adjustable speed technical,PLC controlled technical and structure software design made up advanced and reliable electrical controller products which can be instead of water tower, high level water box and traditional pressure vessel. The set is fit for all kinds of water supply or industrial water supply for water hill, pressure boost station , hotel ,high-level residential buildings etc.
3.2 Operating Theory
When the system running, the pipe pressure of water supply system is varied, which could be changed into electrical signals by pressure sensor. The PLC automatically adjust the output frequency of the converter for changing the pumpe speed, by which we can get the stable pressure.
At the same time, as the pressure higher or lower the set point level, the PLC, which control the motor circulating on/off or automatically interchanged between the rated frequency and changeable frequency, could keep pressure always constant when the flow change greatly.

3.4 Operation Instruction
3.4.1 Menu setting
1. Press F2 to stop the set.
2. Press “SHIFT+F4” at the pressure data screen(when press SHIFT, screen will
show “s”, then press F4,the signal “S” will disappear, the key is OK),the screen will switch to the menu page.
3.Browsing the menu by up or down arrow key , the shadow covered menu is the
current page.
4.When meet the menu which need to be changed , press “ENTER”, the data will
be covered immediately by the shadow
5.Add or minus the data by up or down arrow key.
6.When finish, press “ENTER” to affirm the final data, then the changes is
completed.
7.Press “SHIFT +F4” switch to the zero flow delay time, pumpe and converter running time and pressure value screen
NOTE:Change the menu data can only be operated after affirmation the system id
stopped, if not ,it will be made unpredictable fault.
3.4.2System reset and reset to the manufacture data
1.system reset
System will only be reset when the system is faulty or running unusual
Step as followed:
Press “F2” stop the system, then press “SHIFT+F2” to reset the system.
2.Reset to the manufacture data
If the reset could remove all the fault or the power off above 60 hours (all the menu data show “0”),reset to the manufacture data must be operated.
Step as followed:
1.Select menu as 4.1
2.“8.FACTOR 0” change the number “0” into “1”
3.Press “SHIFT+F3” system reset to the manufacture data
3.4.3 Menu

2.1 PH 110% 4.4 Bar (pressure the upper limit)
2.2 Upper limit time for 10s,the pressure is above the upper limit time, after
another 10s, the set will cutout one pumpe(should>2s)
2.3 PL 90% 3.5 Bar (pressure the lower limit)
2.4 Lower limit time for 10s,the pressure is under the lower limit delay time, after
another 10s, the set will start one pumpe(should>2s)
3.Zero flow setting
3.1 Zero flow permission 1 agree/0 disagree
3.2 Zero flow 0.3Bar(should<1.0Bar)
3.3 Zero flow time 30s-the unit will stop, after delaying(should<240S)
4. Zero pressure setting
4.1 Zero pressure 0 (the set point)-when lower the point, the unit will stop
4.2 Zero pressure time 10s
5 Standby pumpe setting
5.1Set standby pumpe 1 with standby pumpe /0 no standby pumpe
6 Duty pumpe delay time
6.1Duty pumpe delay 15s(if the time is affirmed 30s , the duty pumpe will not be

3.4.4Set running , fault and stop
3.4.4.1Set running
1、Unclose all the valves of pumpe’s entry and discharge (at the stages should not unclose all the valves)
2、 All the selection key of the pumpes are on automatism (“hand shape” represent
hand work; “0”stop;”circle round” auto)
3、 Supply main power and control power
4、 Initialization display screen, when the screen display the current pressure and
pumpe information, initialization is finished.
5、 Parameter adjust
6、 If the parameter is correct with the green light on and red light off, press F1, the set
will be on auto running. When the one pumpe could not keep the running pressure, the other one will automatically be added into the system, then the rest pumpes will be added one by one as followed until satisfy the requirement.
NOTE:before the set running, the motor and the pumpe must have the same
correct rotation direction in the rated frequency and changeable. If not,
the set and motor may be damaged, even endanger the human body.
3.4.4.2Fault
“red”light on display the fault, if “green” light on too, the screen display the fits with “F” are fault; If “green” light off ,system is fault. Refer to fault code.
When there is a fault, reset the system, if not to remove, reset the data to manufacture data, if there still are any problem, please contact us.
3.4.4.3Set stop
1.If stop the running system, press “F2”
2.If the system need to reset, first f all step “1”, then reset the system
3.If need to cut off the power, first f all step “1” , then cut off the power
4.If single pumpe need emergency stop, the selection switch “Auto” to “O” or from “Manual” to “O”.
3.4.4.4Long-distance control
The set can be long-distance control on/off with 24VDC power (the power according to the distance), connect in the box is 24VDC43mA. If the menu “7.1LONG-DISTANCE CONTROL” is “1” the connect pint automatically running the set; If the point separated, the set cut out.
3.5Criterion
1.Correctly earth
2.Before running, assure all the wires and control lines connection correct, and the three-phase is balanced.
3.The signal line must be the telegram wires without any connective point and must be earth.
4.Motor insulation befit with the criterion
5.Control line, wire and motor lines must be separated
6.Main power 380V±10%;Control Power 220V±10%
7.The Parameter on the converter forbidden to modify by own without any permission. If so, the system may be wrong.
8.Ambient relative humility<90% with no condensing water
9.Ambient temperature 0-40
10.The system must be avoid in the electromagnetic interference area
11.The pumpe ,motor, converter and control system should be run after all the faults have been removed.
