1．应用范围 SCOPE 本工艺适用于xxxxx工程管系的绝缘工作。 This procedure describes the requirements for the piping’s insulation in the xxxxxx project. 2. 总的要求 GENERAL 2.1 所有需要保存能量、人身保护或防冻的管线均需要做绝缘。 All piping shall be insulated where necessary to conserve energy, protect personnel, or to prevent freezing. 2.2 通常管线需要单根绝缘，即使相邻管线也不能共用绝缘层。 Normally each line shall be insulated separately; adjacent lines shall not be enclosed by a common insulation cover. 2.3 排烟管绝缘及一般要求 Insulation of exhaust pipe 2.4 普通绝缘形式及要求 Insulation and lagging 2.4.1一般绝缘形式 usual type: 符号 Code: 1——碳钢管 steel pipe 2——绝缘层 rock wool 3、5——捆扎用铁丝 tie wire 4——玻璃丝布 fiber glass cloth 2.4.2 伴热管 steam tracing 2.4.3 法兰、阀门处的绝缘见下表。 The insulation for flange and valves:

3. 绝缘步骤 INSULATION APPLICATION 3.1绝缘材料为岩棉(不含石棉)，可以用岩棉板裁成适当大小条块来包裹需要绝缘的管子，或用哈夫管预制件绝缘，禁止可燃材料附着在绝缘材料表面。 The insulation material shall be rock wool (asbestos free), sectional、segmental and sheeted can all be used for pipe insulation. No flammable material shall be attached to the insulation. 3.2 所有管系需要在压力试验合格后，才能做外部绝缘。 All piping shall not be insulated prior to hydro-testing without the approval of owner or DNV. 3.3 绝缘层要紧密连接。哈夫管绝缘的管系其相邻两段的纵向接缝需错开，间隔200 mm 捆扎一道镀锌铁丝，对于多层绝缘的管系，第二层和第一层要求相同，其纵向和环向接缝均需与前一层错开。 All insulation shall be applied with joints tightly butted. Sectional pipe insulation shall be installed with longitudinal joints of adjacent sections staggered; Sections shall be fastened in place with tie wires 9-inch maximum centers. Succeeding layers of insulation shall be installed in the same manner as the first. Circumferential and longitudinal joints in the second layer shall be staggered in relation to the joints of the first layer. 3.4 捆扎用的铁丝要拉紧、拧紧，剪掉多余的铁丝头，并把铁丝头弯回嵌入绝缘层内部。 Tie wires shall be drawn taut, firmly twisted, the excess ends cut off, and the twisted end bent over and embedded in the insulation. | ||
