Act Ⅰ

The willows dance in the breeze. Gail and Mark hand in hand, walking along the lake. They have been together for 5 years, loving with each other. The day, Gail is going to ask Gail to marry him…

Mum: Hi, this dish not salty enough, no flavor.

M: You know, all it needs is a little soy sauce.

M: It’s ok now. Let us start eating.

Act Ⅳ

M: Oh, dear. You look unhappy. What’s wrong with you?

G: Dear, you know. There are many differences about our culture.

M: I know. But I think I have known more about Chinese

Culture.

G: No, mark. You have hurt my mom tonight.

M: Why? I’m A-OK tonight. Don’t you think I try my best to make your mom like me.

G: But my mom didn’t think so. In China, parents are important to children. If my mom doesn’t feel happy, I won’t happy, too.

M: You must be sure that I win many marry you not your family.

G: But if my parents don’t agree our relationship. We can’t stay with each other together. 

Gail cry out.

Since Gail’s mother object, they broke up. Gail and Mark never contact with each other within 3 years. Quietly miss each other.
