ECU/LCI钢结构安装脚手架搭设方案

确保施工作业人员的安全操作。在保证人身安全的情况下，考虑梁柱等吊装作业的通道和安装的方便性，以及脚手架搭设的简便。

Ensure safe operation of construction personnel, and pursue to the convenience of access of lifting activities (beam, column, etc.), installation and scaffold building in itself with the priority of safety.

二、脚手架的搭设方式Building method of scaffolds：

1、管廊、ECU钢结构管架吊装、安装搭设脚手架型式

The scaffold type for lifting and installing steelwork on the Bench and ECU 

a.说明：钢结构地面成榀，在榀的两侧绑扎铝合金梯子，在榀的顶梁上面安设生命绳（14mm）挂搭安全带。

a. Note: the steel structure is assembled as one unit on the ground; ladders of aluminum alloy are fixed on the two sides of the assembling unit; and safety rope is set on the top for safety harness.

b.梯子搭设和生命绳安设具体型式：

The building type of ladder and safety rope is as follows:

C.榀型钢构吊装就位后，使用4根封绳拉紧（若需要，加设倒链），进行找正和固定。

c. Straighten and fix the assembling unit with four wind ropes on completion of placement, if necessary, set hoisting block.

d.生命绳扣（1.5m、2m长）单独制作，作为挂搭安全带使用（当安全带挂绳直接挂搭横梁不够长时使用）。当横梁间距大于3m时，每根横梁上面仍使用生命绳（虚线）。

d. Fabricate safety rope and button with dimension of 1.5m×2m separately for safety harness, specifically, when the safety harness is not long enough to hang on the beam. When the space between vertical beams is more than three meters, it also will be used. (Dot line)

2、高空地脚螺栓处，沿混凝土梁搭设操作平台的型式：

Building type of platform along concrete column on the anchor bolt at height:

3、焚烧炉混凝土框架内梯子、平台施工脚手架搭设型式：

Scaffold building type of ladder and platform in the concrete frame of incinerator:

a.离地面不高的脚手架：由地面往上直接搭设或采用人可搬动式组架。

For the scaffold relatively low off the ground, build it from the ground directly or adopt the movable frame.

b.离立柱近，在立柱周围的脚手架型式，以抱箍的方式往外延伸，具体型式如下：

b. For the scaffold close to columns, build it by hooping the column and expanding outside. The building type is as follows:

c.横梁下操作平台脚手架搭设，以吊蓝的方式进行搭设，搭设型式如下：

For the platform scaffold under the beam, build it as suspended basket. The building type is as follows:

4、焚烧炉混凝土框架顶（EL20700）以上钢结构吊装、安装搭设脚手架型式：

Scaffold building type for lifting and installing steelwork on the concrete frame of incinerator

a.说明：钢结构地面成榀，在榀的两侧绑扎铝合金梯子，在榀的顶梁上面安设生命绳（14mm）挂搭安全带。

b.梯子搭设和生命绳安设具体型式：

注：钢柱插入钢筋笼内的部分，搭设铝合金梯子时，应预留插入部分的长度。

Note: remain inserted length when building ladder of aluminum alloy for the part where steel column inserts rebar cage 

c.生命绳扣（1.5m、2m长）单独制作，作为挂搭安全带使用（当安全带挂绳直接挂搭横梁不够长时使用）。当横梁间距大于3m时，每根横梁上面仍使用生命绳（虚线）。

5、护拦搭设Guardrail building：

所有操作平台均搭设：带防物件坠落踢脚板的护拦保护，其具体型式如下：

三、临时斜梯的搭设型式：Building type of temporary inclined ladder

钢结构的安装，由下往上，先梯子后平台。如果没有工程上使用的正式梯子，需要上高到操作平台时，采取搭设防护斜梯。其型式如下：

The steel structure is installed from down to up with ladder first and then platform. If no formal ladder is furnished on the structure, temporary inclined ladder will be installed during the duration of working on the high platform. The type is as follows：

四、脚手架搭设时，对成品的保护措施：

Protective measures on products during the duration of building scaffolds 

为了保护混凝土柱梁、钢柱梁油漆，在梁柱上作为固定支点的脚手架绑扎位置，采用麻袋隔离的方式进行保护。

The position on the beam where scaffolds are tied will be protected by gunny cloth in order to protect the coat on the concrete column and steel column.

五、钢结构施工工艺流程：Construction arrangement of steel structure 

1、LCI部分：LCI 

EL+20700以下斜梯（由下往上安装）→EL+11200平面→EL+12900平面→EL+15200平面→EL+17700平面（结合设备安装）→EL+20700平面（结合设备安装）→EL+20700平面以上钢结构

EL+20700平面以上钢结构施工工艺流程：

地面组装成榀→吊装榀→安装连接梁→安装斜梯→从下往上（EL+25800、EL+30500、EL+34000、EL+36700）安装平台

Assembling units on the ground—lifting assembling units--installation of connecting beam-- installation of inclined ladder--installation of platform from down to up.（EL+25800、EL+30500、EL+34000、EL+36700）

2、ECU部分：ECU

EL+23250以下斜梯（由下往上安装）→EL+9500平台及走道→EL+12500平面→EL+16500平面→EL+19500平面→EL+20300走道→EL+23250平面→EL+23250平面以上钢结构

EL+23250平面以上钢结构施工工艺流程：

地面组装成榀→吊装榀→安装连接梁→安装斜梯→从下往上（EL+26350、EL+29400、EL+34000、EL+36700）安装平台

六、钢结构施工程序对脚手架型式的选用：

Scaffold type selection of steelwork construction 

1、LCI部分：LCI

a.斜梯安装：

Installation of inclined ladder

EL+9732平台，使用地面往上直接搭设（或使用现有的可移动式组合架）；

On the platform at EL+9732, build it from the ground directly or use the movable frame before 

EL+12900平面以上，采用抱箍型式脚手架，即二、3、b条。

Above the plane at EL+12900, adopt close loop type scaffold, see Item 2.3 b

b. EL+11200平面：Plane at EL+11200

采用吊蓝型式脚手架，即二、3、c条。或直接由地面往上搭设脚手架。

Adopt suspended basket type scaffold, see Item2.3 c, or build scaffold from down to up directly

c. EL+12900平面：Plane at EL+12900

采用吊蓝型式脚手架，即二、3、c条。

Adopt suspended basket type scaffold, see Item2.3 c.

d. EL+15200平面（即：EL+14532平台）：Plane at EL+15200

在EL+12930平台上安全护栏内直接施工。

Construct directly on the platform with guardrail at EL+12930

e. EL+17700平面：Plane at EL+17700

第一方案：由EL+12930平台直接搭设脚手架

The first plan: build scaffolds directly on the platform at EL+12930

第二方案：采用吊蓝型式脚手架（即二、3、c条）。因此平面离上一层梁间距较大，需在混凝土柱间拉生命绳，安装人员将安全带挂搭在生命绳上沿梁走动。

The second plan: adopt suspended basket type scaffold (i. e. Item 2.3.c). Due to the large space between plane and beam, the safety rope is set between concrete columns. The construction personnel move along the beam with safety harness joined with safety rope.

钢结构梁由梯子侧（北侧）往南安装，具体安装施工详见附图一（46-8320-9300-0104）

The steel structure is constructed from the north to south, and the detailed construction method can be seen in the attachment. （46-8320-9300-0104）

f. EL+20700平面：Plane at EL+20700

由EL+17700平台直接搭设脚手架及采用吊蓝型式脚手架（即二、3、c条）。

Build scaffolds directly on the platform at EL+17700 or adopt suspended basket type scaffold.

g. EL+20700平面以上成榀钢结构吊装：

For lifting assembled unit above the plane at EL+20700

采用二、4条内容阐述型式；同时，在平台外侧，采用二、2条型式加设临时平台，详见附图二（46-8320-9300-0105）。

Refer 2.4; at the same time set temporary platform outside the platform per Item2.2. See detailed drawing. （46-8320-9300-0105）

h. EL+20700平面以上梁安装时，使用生命绳方式固定安全带。

For the installation of beam above EL+20700, hang safety harness with the safety rope.

i. EL+20700平面以上斜梯安装时，采用抱箍型式脚手架（即二、3、b条）和生命绳固定安全带的方式。

For the installation of inclined ladder above EL+20700, adopt hoop-type scaffold per Item 2.3.b and fix safety harness with safety rope

j. EL+25800、EL+30500、EL+34000、EL+36700平台安装，安全带固定在生命绳或已安装的梁上。

For the installation of platform at EL+25800, EL+30500, EL+34000 and EL+36700, safety harness will hang on the rope or installed beam.

2、ECU部分：ECU

a.斜梯安装：Installation of inclined ladder

EL+9732平台，使用地面往上直接搭设（或使用现有的可移动式组合架）；

On the platform at EL+9732, build it from the ground directly or use the movable frame before 

EL+12500平面以上，采用抱箍型式脚手架，即二、3、b条。

Above the plane at EL+12900, adopt close loop type scaffold, see Item 2.3 b

b.EL+9500平台及走道，由地面往上直接搭设（或使用现有的可移动式组合架）；

For the platform and walkway at EL+9500, build it from the ground directly or use the movable frame before 

c. EL+12500平面：Plane at EL+12500

采用吊蓝型式脚手架，即二、3、c条。EL+13800平台在EL+12500平台上直接施工。

Adopt suspended basket type scaffold, see Item2.3 c. The platform at EL+13800 will be constructed directly on the platform at EL+12500

d. EL+16500平面：Plane at EL+16500

采用由EL+12500平台直接往上搭设脚手架或吊蓝型式脚手架（即二、3、c条）。

Build scaffolds directly on the platform at EL+12500 or adopt suspended basket type scaffold, see Item2.3 c.

e. EL+19500平面：Plane at EL+19500

一部分采用由EL+16500平台直接往上搭设脚手架，一部分采用吊蓝型式脚手架（即二、3、c条）。

Build scaffolds directly on the platform at EL+16500 or adopt suspended basket type scaffold, see Item2.3 c.

f. EL+20300走道、EL+20500平台：

Walkway at EL+20300 and platform at EL+20500

在EL+19500平台上直接施工。

Build directly on the platform at EL+19500

g. EL+23250平面：Plane at EL+23250

在用吊蓝型式脚手架（即二、3、c条）及由EL+19500平台直接往上搭设脚手架。

Adopt suspended basket type scaffold, see Item2.3 c. or build scaffolds directly on the platform at EL+19500 

h. EL+23250平面以上成榀钢结构吊装：

For lifting assembled unit above the plane at EL+23250

采用二、1条内容阐述型式；同时，3轴线外侧（南侧）地脚螺栓部位，采用二、2条型式加设临时平台,详见附图三（46-8320-5000-0106）。

Refer Item 2.1; and for the position of anchor bolts outside the axis (the south side), refer to 2.2. See attached drawing 3 （46-8320-5000-0106）

i. EL+23250平面以上梁安装时，使用生命绳方式固定安全带。

For the beam installation on the plane above EL+23250, fix the harness with safe rope.

j. EL+23250平面以上斜梯安装时，采用抱箍型式脚手架（即二、3、b条）和生命绳固定安全带的方式。

For the installation of inclined ladders above EL+23250, adopt close loop type scaffold (Item二3 b) and fix the harness with safe rope.

k. EL+26350、EL+29400、EL+34000、EL+36700平台安装，安全带固定在生命绳或已安装的梁上。

For the installation of platform at EL+26350, EL+29400, EL+34000 and EL+36700, fix the safety harness on the safe rope or installed beam.

3、选用及施工说明：Adoption and description

a.以上未详尽的脚手架搭设位置或方式，根据施工实际情况进行调整和增设；

For the scaffolds building, which is not detailed above, adjust and modify according to the actual site condition

在施工有设备就位的钢结构时，与中鼎项目有关人员联系，由中鼎项目有关人员协调设备安装单位，结合实际设备的安装尺寸进行施工。

Construct according to the actual installation dimension of equipment when equipment is furnished on the steel structure. Consideration shall be given to contact with  Project personnel and ask them to coordinate with other equipment installation contractor.
