1. 标题
一般应用醒目字体在通知上面正中位臵写名Notice或者Notice 一词作为标志。
2. 正文
通知正文是通知的主体部分,所使用的语言应尽量简明扼要。发出通知的一方面和被通知的一方一般都以第三人称出现。英文通知中很常见的一个词就是request,它比ask更加正式,比demand 客气。常用结构为:
To request sb. To do sth. \\ to be requested to do sth.请求某人做某事。
3. 日期
书面通知要写日期,布告式通知的日期一般写在最后一行,即左下角。
4. 落款
书面通知要写落款,写出发出通知的人或单位名称,落款一般写在通知的右下角。落款处也可以用名词sponsor,如:sponsor: the youth league committee.团委主办。动词sponsor表示“主办或发起“,常用形式为:sponsored by…
通知中表示希望,建议等,通常不用主动语态,而用被动形式,如:It is hoped…希望…,It is required that….要求…, It is suggested that…建议…等
便条格式
便条用词比较通俗和口语化。便条一般包括日期,称呼,正文及署名四个部分。
1. 日期
写在便条的右上角,经常省去年份,只写月份与日期,或者写星期几,甚至写出具体的点种。
2. 称呼
称呼一般比较随便,直呼其名,不需任何头衔,但下级对上级的便条称呼应保留头衔。
3. 正文
正文简单扼要,往往只用一两句话说清情况即可。
4. 署名
署名比较随便,一般只写姓名,甚至可以只写名字。
常用句型

I happen to be in urgent need of 500
我因有急事,需要500元
This is to say goodbye to you谨此辞
信封的格式
英文信封写法与汉语习惯不同,一般把收信人的姓名,地址写在信封或偏右下角,第一行写姓名,下面写地址,顺序从小到大,寄信人的地址则按从小到大的顺序写在信封的左上角,或者是写在信封的背面。格式如下表示:
书信分为正式信件(公务性信件和商务性信件)和非正式信件(家人,朋友之间的信件)两种。书信的格式通常由信头,称呼,书信正文,结尾敬辞和签名等必要部分组成。
书信的开头用语:
1. I am very happy to receive your letter.
很高兴收到你的来信。
2. long time no see, I miss you so much.
好久没见,非常想念。
3. I am sorry that I didn’t wirte you as soon as I got
your letter, because I have been very busy.
没有及时回复你的信,我很抱歉,因为我的却很忙。
书信常用结尾语
1. I am looking forward to seeing you soon.期待早日与你见面。
2. I wish you every success.

祝贺信:包含以下内容:1)如何获得消息 2.)什么消息
3)获得消息后的激动心情 4)表达祝贺。

在日常生活中我们通常会用口头或者电话方式邀请别人做客,但是如果遇到比较正式的场合,例如商业聚会、正式晚餐或婚礼等场合,就需要我们发送正式的书面邀请函了。
无论您要举行什么样的正式聚会,在书写邀请函时应注意包含以下几点:
Names of party hosts or sponsoring organization. 聚会主人或主办单位
Type of event (birthday party, business networking meeting, etc.). 聚会活动
Place. 地点
Date. 日期
Time. 时间
RSVP date and phone number. 回复日期及联系电话
Any special dress requirements from black-tie to bathing suits. 聚会着装要求
在书写正式邀请函时应该注意以下几点:
1. Express that you are looking forward to seeing the person. 表达你殷切的邀请之情。
2. Do not use abbreviations and do not use contractions (don't; we'll) except for name titles, such as Mr., Mrs., etc. 在信件中不要使用缩写和简写(名字前称呼除外)。
3. If dinner will be served, state two separate times: the time people can start arriving and the time dinner will be served. 如果您的聚会中包括正餐,请把正餐的时间另外标明,以便客人能够在正餐前赶到。
4. If guests are not from your local area, include a map to the location of the event. 如果客人不熟悉赴宴的路线,最好附上地图或是简单的路线指示。
5. If you are inviting someone to speak at a conference, your invitation should include the following information: 如果是正式会议等的邀请,您可能会邀请某些客人在会议上演讲或致词,那么就要在邀请函中再包括以下要点:

一般说来,书写邀请函的注意事项就是这些。邀请函分为三种:正式的,商务的和私人的。
邀请信的复信要求简明扼要,在书写时应注意以下几点:
1. 接受邀请的复信中应重复写上邀请信中的某些内容,如邀请年、月、日,星期几、几点钟等,如“I’ll be delighted to attend your luncheon next Friday, May the fifth, at twelve o’clock”。
2. 邀请信的复信中应明确表明接受邀请还是不接受邀请,不能含乎其词,如不能写“I’ll come if I’m in town”。这类的话,以使得对方无法作出安排。在接受邀请的复信中,应对受到邀请表示高兴。谢却的复信中应阐明不能应邀的原由。
