摘要：英语日记不仅可以让学生记录个人所见，所听，所想，所感，而且还是提高英语写作技巧的有效方法之一。随着社会的发展，越来越多的中学生喜欢旅游，所以有必要学会英语旅游日记的写法。

一．日记的格式

英语的旅游日记的格式和英语其他日记的格式大致相同。通常由书端和正文两个部分组成。日记常以第一人称记下当天旅游中的所见、所闻、所做或所想的事情。英语日记的书端是专门写日记的日期、星期和天气的。旅游日记还要写明地点。左上角是日期(年、月、日)、星期，地点。右上角写上当天的天气情况

   1、日期表达有多种形式。年、月、日都写时，通常以月、日、年为顺序，月份可以缩写，日和年用逗号隔开。例如： December 16 2005或者 Dec. 16 2005

  A) September 1, 2008或September 1st, 2008可省略写成Sept. 1, 2008或Sept. 1st, 2008或 the 1st of September in 2008(月份不可以缩写) 

  B)只有月、日

  September 1或September 1st(月份可以缩写)（ 1或1st都应读作the first）。

   C)只有年、月

  September 2008或the September of 2008(月份不可以缩写) 

  2.星期也可以省略不写，可将其放在日期前或后，星期和日期之间不用标点，但要空一格，星期也可缩写。如：

  Saturday, November 2nd, 2004；November 22nd, 2004 Saturday 

3.天气情况必不可少。天气一般用一个形容词如 :Sunny, Fine, Rainy, Snowy 等表示。位于日记的右上角。下面是一些常用的描写天气的英语词语：

晴 clear/sunny/fine多云 cloudy 小雨 light rain倾盆大雨downpour

大雨 heavy rain 毛毛雨 drizzle 阵雨 shower有风windy

东风 east wind 南风 south wind 西风 west wind

北风 north wind 西南风 southwester 东南风 southeaster

东北风 northeaster 西北风 northwester暴风雨stormy

炎热 scorching heat 严寒 icy cold 下雪 snowy

冰雹 hail彩虹 rainbow

二、日记的要求

  日记的正文是日记的主要部分，写在星期和日期的正下方，可以顶格写，也可以内缩4个字母的空间。由于记载的内容通常已经发生，谓语动词多用一般过去时。但也可根据具体情况，用其它时态。如：记叙天气、描写景色，为了描写生动，可以使用现在时，以表现当时的情景。再如文后发表感想或评论可用现在时态或将来时态。记日记力求简单明了，有连贯性。若有文字提示，则应重视提示，把握要点。在句式上尽量使用简单句，以防繁杂，造成语法、句型错误。

旅游日记的要求和一般日记的要求一样，不同之处在于内容上多为描写名胜风景记。

三．旅游日记的写法

    A travel diary is a record of your experiences and feeling. Describe what you did, what you saw and how you felt. Firstly, you can make an outline, Destination, Description, Climate, Impression and Felling. Secondly, you can refer to useful sentences you learned in your book. For example: Every now and then, we get the itch to travel. Rio de Janeiro, Brazil’s second largest city, stretches itself lazily along the coast of the Atlantic Ocean. A trip to Rio will give you a glimpse of the happy lifestyle of the cariocas—the people of Rio---who are known for their big hearts and friendliness.  A walk through downtown Rio is a history lesson and an adventure. There is something for everything here and few visitors leave Rio feeling disappointed. The best time to visit is in June or July, when the South American winter cools the city. … Kitzbuhel  is a paradise for skiers. The good weather and breath-taking scenery make Kitzbuhel a world-class ski resort. Kitzbuhel is also home to one of the most challenging and exciting downhill slopes in the world. A walk around Kitzbuhel is a feast for the eyes ──a lively mix of old village culture and the excitement of an international tourist area. ( Reading Destination, Unit 15 Destinations, Senior English for China’s Book 2B  )

My Travel To the Great Wall

    Every now and then, I get the itch to travel. It is said that traveling may be a feast for the eyes. And it makes our life colorful and meaningful. Meanwhile it can broaden one’s knowledge and vision.

 I enjoyed traveling very much. So I went to some places which I looked forward to all the way.

To spend the summer holiday, my parents were determined to have a trip to the Great Wall .So did I. When we arrived at the destination, I couldn’t wait to jump out of the seat. The stretching hills and winding walls attracted me at once. When I climbed the top of it, I saw a sign saying “The man who has not climbed the Great Wall is not a true man.” There stood thick trees along both sides of the Great Wall. So the air we breathed was very fresh that I had never experienced. Of course we took many pictures.

Generally speaking, having on a trip can relax ourselves, appreciate the beauty of nature. What’s more, we can broaden our mind and make friends with a supply of people from different countries and colors. So, it is useful for us to have a travel if we are free and enough money.下载本文
