解析:

(1)开门见山，陈述事件的内容、地点、时间（大概到月份或周几/几号）；

(2)叙述自己对对方的了解，并发出邀请；

(3)描述对方在活动现场将会遇到的人；

(4)进一步描述活动现场；

(5)说明事件开始的时间（具体到几点）；

(6)交代活动结束的具体时间；

(7)期待对方参加与回复。
