1.介词 “over” 在这里的意思是“to the other side of”，指的是到“…的另一端”，有跨过的意思。所以这句话的意思是“他们正在过桥”
2.Over还有一个常用的意思，表示“…之上”，指的是没有接触的“正上方”，这一点注意和on进行区别。
例如：There is a book on the table.
There is a bridge over the river.
The aeroplane is flying over the river.
3.They are walking…. 这一课，我们学习“他们在做…”，所以后面的be动词用are. 前面一课我们学习的是单数形式“He is doing../She is doing…”
例： They are running after a dog.
They are wait for a bus.
