In modern society, cloning technology is a miracle in science and has drawn the whole world’s attention. However，views on cloning vary from people to people. As far as I am concerned, we cannot comment that the technology itself is good or bad. Instead, it is its application that is a double-edged sword.

  Based on that the cloning technology is developed to its full potential, it has too much superiority. For example, when it comes to animal cloning, we can use this process to save several animal species from extinction. Besides, couples unable to have children might choose to have a copy of one of them. Cloning also can be used to bring back a child, killed tragically. Furthermore, doctors will be able to replace damaged tissues and organs in human body, and treat various diseases and disorders.

  On the other hand, as a saying goes that "Everything in the world has two sides", and cloning is no exception. The technology is far from perfect, miscarriages and deformed may occur. In addition, it is hard for a teenager to see the physical future ahead of him and a wife to react to a physical copy of her husband. In a word, cloning human beings will really pose great challenges to our ethical and moral principles.
