   My name is Liu Qian. My hobby is reading. I read magic books, story books, magazines and newspapers every day. I began this hobby when was five years old. I always wanted my parents to read interesting story books for me. But they were always too busy to read for me. So as soon as I could, I learned to read. I started with ABC books. Soon I could read simple stories myself. Now I read just about anything that I can find. I think reading is a good hobby.

I have learned a lot through reading and I get much new and useful information every day because of this hobby. It’s reading that opens my mind. And it also helps me to have more confidence to show my talent on the stage.
