摘要：学习动机对于英语学习的重要性不言而喻，但是并非缺乏学习动机的学生就会不好好学习，更多的时候是因为他们产生了一种消极动机。本文阐述了教师应如何运用自己的职能为学生创造一种公平的环境以激发他们的积极学习动机。从而更高效地学习。

Abstract: Learning motivation for learning English is self-evident. But be not lack of learning motivation students will not learn. More time because they produce a kind of Negative motives. This paper expounds the teachers should do to use their functions for the students to create an environment of fairness to stimulate their active learning motivation, thus the more efficient learning.
