LumiFox 2000 手持式发光细菌毒性检测仪是一种基于生物传感技术的毒性检测系统，根据发光细菌在新陈代谢时发光强度的变化进行定性和定量检测。该仪器使用发光细菌冻干试剂，当这些细菌处于有毒的环境中时，它们发出的光受到抑制，根据其光强度变化即可快速准确地测试出样品的毒性，可直接检测上千种潜在的毒性物质。其检测结果可与标准毒性物HgCl2 或苯酚对照得出相应的毒性等级。 （国标 GB/T15441-1995 水质急性毒性的测定;发光细菌法。）

lumifox2000 portable water toxicity detector is a toxicity detection system based on biosensor techniques, running a qualitative detection based on the variation of luminous intensity during photobacteria’s metabolism. Freeze-dried luminescent bacteria reagent is used inside lumifox2000. While luminous bacteria are in the poison condition, inhibition of their luminescence can be caused by toxic substance, thousands of toxic substance can be directly detected based on the variation of luminescence intensity, whose results can collate to standard toxic material HgC12 or phenol to get a corresponding toxic level.  (GB/T15441-1995 Water quality-Determination of the acute toxicity-Luminescent bacteria test; luminous bacteria method)
