8.Cancellation
In the event of cancellation, written notification should be sent to the Secretariat of ICEE 2009 by email or fax. A confirmation upon your cancellation will be sent to you via email, too. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us directly. Cancellation policy requires as follows:

| If notice of cancellation is received by Secretariat after 25 June | 100% of daily room charge |
| In case of failure to show without notice | 100% of daily room charge |
