员工激励是企业根据具体情况对员工进行激励的一种规划。员工激励形式通常为增加工资和奖金。员工激励策划的目的是调动员工认真学习、努力工作的积极性,以此提高全员整体素质和能力。人才的缺乏,人才的流失,效率的低下已成为制约中小企业发展的最重要的因素,而解决这些主要问题的关键就是建立一套适合中小企业自身发展的激励措施。在数量众多的中小企业中,由于各种原因,实际上不但没有建立起有效的激励措施,而且对其重视的程度也差强人意。很多中小企业对于员工激励方面并没有把握住优势并积极加以利用,以致在建立和运行员工激励机制的过程中出现这样或那样的问题。本文通过对现有中小企业员工激励现状和存在问题的分析,在总结现有激励措施和办法的基础上,提出了员工激励的策略和激励机制改进的具体建议。
