麦志新是大一（3）班的篮球队长，在全校篮球联赛中带领球队杀入决赛，可惜意外发生决赛前夕麦志新受伤，无法上场。大家在觉得惋惜的同时也依旧在努力地为班级加油。可是麦志新一心认为球队少了他是绝对没有办法取胜的。但叶鸿同学超长发挥帮助球队拿下总冠军，并因为出色的表现而获得MVP。麦志新无法正确面对，而对叶鸿心存偏见，并把这种情绪带到之后的学习生活中去。班长张雪竹和麦志新是很要好的朋友，平时都以兄妹相称。经过一段时间的了解，叶鸿外向的性格很受同学们的喜欢。使麦志新的心理更加的不平衡，从而渐渐疏远了和大家的距离。后来，经过班导和同学们的帮助，麦志新又重新找回了自己的位置，乐观、自信，并更加的坚强。。。

情景一:

篮球场上，全校篮球联赛总决赛即将开始。队友们在热身。麦志新坐在场边神情沮丧。

【（3）班同学们的加油声！ （3）班加油！麦志新加油。。。。】以前同学们的加油声还在他的脑中回荡。

比赛开始.

张雪竹：别太沮丧了

下了晚自习，同学们匆匆离开了教室。只剩下麦志新、张雪竹、叶鸿三人

叶鸿：班长，我有事想早你聊聊

张雪竹：啊，可是我和新哥约好了。

张雪竹：不知道，可能脚伤还没好，到医务室去了吧！

情景九：

班上，开班会

班导：同学们的表现一直让我非常的满意，大家都很团结的在一起，就像生活在一个大家庭里面一样。但是我感觉大家视乎还可以再团结一点，那样我相信我们的班级一定是个非常棒的班级。没有一个同学会让我失望，任何一个同学都不会让我失望的。那么接下来就请同学们说说自己的看法

张雪竹：身为班长，我希望班上的每一个同学都真心的去和大家交流，可能会有一些误会，一些小的矛盾，小的摩擦。但是我相信那只会让我们之间的友情更加的深厚。

叶鸿：我是我的不好，有的时候没有考虑到别人的感受，和大家在一起我真的发现了自己很多了不足，我以后一定会努力地去改正，以前的错误希望大家多多包涵，原谅我好吗？
