Good health is the most valuable possession a person can have. The desire for good health is universal. Especially nowadays, nearly everyone needs care, and hope to be in good health. Therefore, people have right foods, enough sleep and exercise regularly as well.

In the first place, proper nutrition is of great importance. People should avoid high fat food but have high protein foods, vegetables and fruits, instead. The fat and excess calories will do harm to our health. In the second place, you should give up some bad habits, such as smoking, drinking, and form some habit, such as keeping good hours, and going to see a doctor as soon as possible when you feel sick.

My View on Examination

Nowadays, with rapid development of our society, there is a growing use of examination. It is absolutely necessary to hold an exam in China, because without exams, it can be impossible for teachers to check how much the students master the knowledge. In addition, it is only through exams, qualified person can be chosen for a proper job.

In the case of this issue, the necessity co-exist with many drawbacks. Just as the proverb goes,“every coin has its two sides”. On the one hand, the test will add to the students' burden, although they are already under considerable pressure from their course work. On the other hand, some students may take the shortcut by focusing on several guessed questions hoping for a coincidence to bring them good luck, which can hardly achieve the original goal of examination.

From my point of view, exam will do more good than harm, after weighing the advantages and disadvantages. Moreover examinations will be kept for a long run. Money

Why I Attended College

I choose to attend college because I enjoy learning. Nowadays, with rapid development of science and technology, private cars are becoming much more popular in our daily life. With the benefits of private cars, however, it also brings some problems, such as pollution, traffic jam and so on.

As a matter of fact, people have more chances to choose a transportation. Some maintain that people should ride the bike, while others insist that people should drive the private car. The former one believe that riding bicycle is superior in many ways. In the first place, they are cheap, convenient and easy to ride. In the second place, riding bicycle is good for health. In the last place, they bring no noise and air pollution. Nevertheless, the latter one emphasize that the private cars are quick and comfortable. It is time to stop doodling

From the picture, we can discover that a man is s till carving “I have already travelled here” with a knife on the door of his own house after his return from a trip. Therefore, we can safely come to a conclusion that people tend to be doing some damage to the environment while traveling.

Why does this phenomenon take place? Several factors could account for it. To begin with, it is clear that people are not aware of the importance of protecting the environment when they travel.
