【中文摘要】村民自治是村民通过村民自治组织依法办理与村民利益相关的村内事务,实现村民的自我管理、自我教育和自我服务。村民自治视角下的乡村治理是国家治理的基础,能否找到切合乡村社会实际的治村模式,直接关系到农村乃至整个中国社会的稳定和发展。本文从村民自治与乡村治理的基本理论出发,重点分析了村民自治运作中乡村治理中存在的问题,并对村民自治视角下的乡村治理的发展趋势及启示进行了分析。作为一种民主制度,村民自治下的乡村治理将会在乡村社会生长出一个全新的自主空间。随着乡村社会自主力量的成长和乡村治理的民主化转型,村民自治下的乡村治理将在历史的实践中产生重要的影响与深远的意义。
