1.     Application    应用

The URF 25/10 monitoring relay is an alarm device for oil-insulated high-duty tapping switches of transformer from damage as might be caused by failure of the tapping switch system or the application of excessive currents (strong arc) due to a transformer defect. 

URF25/10油流继电器是有载调压分接开关的一个报警装置。当分接开关内部出现故障或由于变压器本体故障引发短路电流（大电弧）时，可起到保护分接开关的作用。

On response the monitoring relay will generate a continuous pulse operating the circuit breaker of the transformer to be protected and disconnecting the latter from the source of supply. Observing the instructions of the plant operator, the transformer can be restarted only after operation of the test and reset button.

当故障时，油流继电器持续发出信号以断开变压器的主断路器，这样可以保护后级电气装置不受损坏。按照生产商操作手册的说明，仅当操作油流继电器上的试验和复位按钮后，变压器才能合闸继续运行。

The monitoring relay is available with single and double-contact circuit system. On response of the baffle plate due to an increased oil flow, the double-contact circuit provides two signals, hence improving operational safety of the equipment.

油流继电器可以提供单触点和双触点两种形式。当油流继电器内动作挡板由于油流作用动作时，双触点电路可提供两组的信号，这样可以进一步提高设备的安全性。

2.     Construction    结构

The monitoring relay consists of the following sub-assemblies:

1)Casing assembly        机壳

2.1     Casing assembly        机壳

The casing consists of weatherproof light metal casting. To check the switch system for proper function, the casing is provided with inspection glasses arranged opposite each other. On request, the inspection glasses can be provided with hinged lids.

机壳由防风雨的轻金属材料制成。机壳前后各自安装了一个观察窗，以便于检查内部信号机构的工作情况。如需要的话，观察窗处可另加可旋转的保护盖。

2.2     Cover assembly        机盖

The cover consists of a weatherproof light metal casting. The connection box, the test and reset button and a technological bleeder screw are arranged above the cover.

机盖由防风雨的轻金属材料制成。上面安装有接线盒，试验和复位按钮和放油用的螺栓。

In addition to the earth connection, the connection box accommodates the electric bushings in the floor. The connection box is closed by a hinged cap so that it is accidental-shock safe and no dirt get inside the box.

除有接地点外，接线盒内还提供了信号引出的接线柱。接线盒上有一个盖子可以防止意外撞击和灰尘进入内部。

The connecting cable can be inserted optionally through either PG 16 screwed conduit. The test and reset button is covered by a cap nut.

信号连接电缆可以从任一个PG16 螺纹管内接入。试验和复位按钮上有一个螺帽保护。

2.3     Switch mechanism    信号机构

The switching system consists of the following components:

-Baffle plate

-Magnetic switch

磁性开关

The baffle plate is retained in its normal and response positions by permanent magnets. Via a link the switching magnet is firmly connected with the baffle plate and initiates the contact-making process of the magnetic switch at a certain oil flow.

挡板由永久磁铁控制在正常工作位置或是在动作位置。通过一个干簧管，动作磁铁被紧密连接在挡板上。当油流速度超过整定值后，动作磁铁就会带动磁性开关的触点吸合。

3.     Mode of operation        操作方式

If the oil flow from the tapping switch to the expansion tank is excessive or inadmissible, the monitoring relay will be tripped. The oil flow acts on the baffle plate and when the response value set is exceeded, the plate will be operated. Then, the shutoff signal will be tripped.

当有载调压开关绝缘筒内的油由于故障膨胀而高速流向油枕时，油流将推动油流继电器内部挡板到动作位置，然后油流继电器将发跳闸信号给主断路器。
