策略1：直接读数法（小时：分钟）

e.g.: It is eight twenty-five now. 现在是8点25分。

She often gets up at six fifty in the morning. 

她经常在早上6：50起床。

策略2：分钟+past+小时（分钟≤30分） past (过，prep) 

e.g.: It is twenty-nine past ten now. 现在是10:29 分

策略3：(60-分钟)+to+下一小时（ 30＜分钟＜60分） to (差，prep)

e.g.: Lily went home at five to twelve yesterday morning.

莉莉是昨天早上11：55 回家的。

● 特殊的分钟数目表示法：fifteen = a quarter(四分之一); thirty= half(一半)。

e.g.: He usually goes to work at a quarter to eight a.m.

他通常早上8点差一刻去上班。 

I always go to bed at half past eleven every night.

我每晚总是11：30睡觉。

II．珍惜“时间”

● It's time to do sth. 该到做……的时候了

e.g.: It's time to go to school now. 该到上学的时候了

● It's time for sb. to do sth. 该到某人做……的时候了

e.g.: It's time for us to do our homework. 该到我们做作业的时候了

● It's time for (doing) sth.= It's time to do sth. 该到做……的时候了

e.g.: It's time for class. 该到上课的时候了

It's time for giving them a hand. 该到帮助他们的时候了

III. 运用 “时间”

对时间状语提问, 疑问词分两种情况。

● 1. 对具体到“……点钟” 时, 既可以用 what time 也可以用 when.

e.g.: Sandy always has lunch at twelve o'clock every day.

What time/ When does Sandy always have lunch every day? 

● 2. 对表示 “某一日/ 月/ 年” 的时间提问, 要用疑问词 when.

e.g: Mr. Black was born in September, 1965. 

When was Mr. Black born?
