一、目前大学班级管理存在的问题
(一)班级缺乏很强的凝聚力、向心力和归属感
高校是国家培养高知识、高素质人才的摇篮,班级则是高校的基础,学生能否身心健康的成长取决于班级管理的好坏。班级管理的好坏取决于一个班的同学是否团结一心,是否全都愿意为班集体争光。虽难大多数同学能够团结到一起积极参加班集体的各项活动,同学之间也能互相信任,愿意为班集体出一份力发一分光,但也有少数同学的集体感、归属感并不高,导致一个班还是缺乏凝聚力。
(二)班级管理制度不规范
目前大多数高校的班级制度还存在不规范现象,班级制度中最关键的是考勤制度和奖学金评定细则,考勤制度约制着学生上课出勤率,是老师教学质量的保障。奖学金评定制约着每个班的团结和整个校园的稳定。但仍有个别学校打考勤和奖学金的评定不规范,考勤想打就打,发奖学金是个别管理者决定。造成班级管理制度不规范、不公平、不公正、不公开,奖学金评定细则忽视了班集体自身的特点,失去了学生自我管理的机会,造成学生组织性和纪律性更差。
(三)不和谐的班级合作与竞争氛围
高校班级不和谐的竞争主要表现在:由于有些高校的奖学金发放制度不完善,不是以单科成绩来衡量,而用总分来发放,这样虽难能够激励一部分同学加强学习,但谁都想要奖金,以致竞争力增强,使得大多数的学生只关注自己的学习,关注自己的成绩,对于学习以外的事情较少关心,根本不想知道今天班上发生什么?违背了促进每个人发展的学校教育理念。
(四)学生不积极参加班级活动
课余,学生应该参加班级或学校组织的丰富多彩各类社团活动,使大学校园生活更加绚丽多姿,但希望往往得不到满足。因此部分学生无法通过正常的渠道释放多余的精力,玩游戏、上街购物等现象比比皆是。对学校、班级组织的活动不积极参加,甚至觉得校园各个团体组织的活动不好玩、不丰富,“与校园外的社会脱节,上当受骗事件增多”,“班级管理制度不完善”,“学习气氛不浓”,等等。
二、辅导员进行班级日常管理的对策建议
(一)在服务中加强班级管理
高校就像一片肥沃的土壤,学生就像小树苗,教师像肥料,辅导员就像自来水,是学生与老师、班级和学校联系的管网,也是班级管理的引路人和教育者。辅导员在工作中衣着是否整洁,是否热情对待学生,与学生交流时言语是否得当,工作中是否坚持原则,均无形地影响和教育着学生。因此,在班级管理中起着重要的作用。这就要求辅导员不光热爱本职工作,热爱小树苗,还应与时俱进,提高自身政治修养和品行。同时,应在工作中不断分析、总结、学习,了解什么时间为最佳浇自来水时间,随时了解小树苗的变化,对有落叶或树干生虫的小树苗,及时给予帮助和治疗,让每一颗小树苗不受问题的困扰,健康的成长。辅导员必须要有良好素质才会受到学生的尊重和信任,才能树立威信,才会对班级有号召力。
(二)重视班级思想政治教育管理
95后的学生就像新移栽的小树苗,有一种自我保护意识,不愿将自己内心真实的想法告诉别人。进入大学以后,很多学生感到前途渺茫,因而自顾自的玩。作为辅导员应该随时关注这些小树苗,更应特别关注已生病的小树苗,一边进行心理辅导,一边帮助清除病毒。关爱整片小树林,对排在最前面、长势较好的小树苗(班干部)应积极培养,让班干部学会自己处理班级中的日常事务日常问题,提高能力;同时通过排头兵、班干部、共青团员的带头作用,积极宣传引导更多同学在思想上积极要求进步,向党组织靠拢。关爱每颗小树苗,了解其兴趣、爱好和特长。支持每位学生的梦想,时刻提醒他们不骄不躁,遇到困难、受到挫时敢于面对,增强他们的集体意识,使他们成为“关爱社会、遵纪守法、敢担当、责任心强、能创新、会创业” 的优秀人才。
(三)加强班风、学风和班级文化的建设
一个国家的总统钟爱足球,他的国民也都踢球,受总统和大人的影响该国大部分小孩也喜欢踢足球。可见,好环境、大环境对学生有吸引、有影响。好树林需要好树苗,好树苗需要好土壤,班风好造就好班级,学风好造就优秀人才,班级文化是凝聚班集体的力量,班风、学风的建设须有班级文化建设的基础。
1.班风的建设。辅导员应该热爱每位学生,随时随地与所辖班里学生交流、谈心,认真引导学生树立正确的世界观和崇高的理想,督促检查班级制定的目标。提醒学生严格遵守学校和班级的各种规章制度。充分发挥每个共青团员、班干部及进步学生的作用,经常协助组织班级活动,增进同学之间的沟通,加深彼此之间感情,加强团队精神的宣传,强调班集体的重要性,关注问题学生,使每位学生都以自己是班集体的一员感到自豪,愿意与同学、辅导员、老师共同分享喜怒哀乐,关心时事,关心国家大事。
2.学风的建设。学风的建设有以下几点建议:首先,辅导员自身素质很重要,只有自己熟悉各项规章制度及的要求才能对学生进行辅导、引导和教育;其次,辅导员必须公正严格打考勤,并经常随机抽查学生上课情况,对常常缺课的学生应及时谈心了解情况,分析原因,使他们认识到课堂学习是尊重老师的劳动,守纪律是人人都必须的,应常不定期召开班级学习经验交流会,让成绩优异的学生把自己好的学习方法或经验告知同学,互相交流、取长补短。或成立学习小组,采用相互帮助、帮扶的方法,来帮助学习较落后的同学,每学期末,还应该及时了解挂科学生的情况,并给予正确的指导与帮助。 3.班级文化的建设。班级文化的建设关键是指老师的教育水平和教师环境,俗话说:“名师出高徒”,老师的知识丰富、文化水平高,(也就是出厂的肥料质量好,小树苗可吸收好营养。)即可给学生提供知识学习保障。老师的品德好即可给学生做出表率。班级文化的建设主要还是落实学校已制定的各项规章制度,这就需要辅导员做学生与老师的桥梁,处理好两者之间的关系,关注学生的动态,关注班中小团体的活动,引导学生严格遵守纪律,尊重老师,有上进心。
4.加强班级基础管理建设。各项规章制度主要目的是保障教学工作的顺利,要系统化管理各班各级依靠基础管理体系,基础管理体系主要是建立健全班级管理制度,才能约束学生的不良习惯,保证班级的安定,学生、老师在校园的生活、教学的稳定。这就要求学校不仅应制定合理完善的管理制度,还要求辅导员在班级的管理中从新生入学开始了解规章制度,学习学生手册、知晓班委会各项条例,从而实现严格自律自我管理,有集体、有组织观念,让条例、制度切实贯彻执行,使班级管理做到有规矩、有条理,处理事务系统化,保证学生的出勤率,提高教学质量,保证知识的不断吸取。
5.建立三位一体联系制度。教育学生、引导学生最最关键点就是要求辅导员真正做到从内心去关心爱护学生,不论男女、高矮、胖瘦,不论家庭背景、不论学习成绩优良,都不应对他们用有色眼光,更不能有偏见的思想,而应站在公平的角度对待每一个学生。老师、辅导员不光在学习上教育他们,在生活上帮助他们,在心灵上也要给予辅导、呵护。建立家长――学生――辅导员的“三位一体”的联系机制。辅导员应该充分利用网络信息平台来加强与学生之间的联系,利用班集体的活动来调动每一个学生的积极性、组织性,促使学生关系更加和谐。同时,辅导员应加强与学生家长的沟通及联系,将学生在校学习、生活情况及时反馈给家长,通过信息平台将每学期学生在校表现的评语告知家长,同心协力共同教育下一代。
三、结语
文章根据高校辅导员自身的素质,班级管理中存在的班风、学风和班级制度等现状问题,对高校辅导员如何进行班级日常管理,提高师生交流体系建设方面进行了探讨。提出了在服务中加强班级管理、重视班级思想政治教育管理、加强班风学风和班级文化的建设、加强班级基础管理建设、建立三位一体联系制度的对策建议。总之,随着时代的发展、社会的进步,对高校辅导员的工作又会有新的要求,要做一名合格的辅导员只有立足本职工作,对自己的事业充满热情,不断加强政治学习,认真领会党的方针、,关心国家大事,端正对待学生的态度,使学生成为可造之才。
