Rhetoric is the art of discourse, an art that aims to improve the facility of speakers or writers who attempt to inform, persuade, or motivate particular audiences in specific situations。Because it can help the speaker express better, even obtain some unexpected effects, rhetoric is used so broadly that we can see it everywhere in our daily life. Similarly, rhetoric is indispensable in work, especially in official document in that rhetoric can help the speaker use lexical chunks more smoothly and present their views more accurately. Comparing to the usual writing, rhetoric is applied in practice and act upon practice, so that rhetoric in office document has its outstanding features and aesthetic effect. If somebody want conduct it proficiently, he should make strenuous effort to learn a great of knowledge and all kinds of abilities. In a word, rhetoric in official document is so practical and important that I think it's very necessary to talk about it. 

修辞，就是适应特定的交际需要与情境，增强那些想告知、说服或者鼓动特定人群的说话者或写作者的言辞或文句效果的一种说话艺术。生活中随处可见修辞的运用，他的运用能很好表达说话的意思，甚至产生意想不到的效果。工作中修辞的运用也是不可缺少的，特别是公文中，修辞能能让行文更加流畅，准确的表达出公文的意思。由于公文直接应用于实际、作用于现实，与一般文章修辞相比，公文修辞有它突出的特点和美学追求，要取得理想的修辞效果需作出艰苦的努力，需博学强识，具有多方面的知识与能力。由于修辞在公文中的实用性和重要性，我认为很有必要系统地谈谈公文中的修辞学。

By combining theory and practice and comparing to the features of official document, I will talk about how to choose the figure of speech and the importance of conciseness and practicality in choose the figure of speech basing on Modern Rhetoric Theory and Rhetoric Theory, through making an analysis of the rhetoric in common writings and some typical official documents.  

从实用的角度出发，运用现代修辞学理论和语法修辞学理论，结合行政公文的特征，通过与一般文章修辞比较以及结合行政公文中的典型案例，着重从具体操作层面，系统阐述公文修辞中辞格选择，辞格的选择要把握好简明实用的特点.

By analyzing and comparing to the rhetoric in common writings, i will make a conclusion of the features of rhetoric in official document. And on the basis of grammatical rhetoric, i will propose , from different perspectives, the concept of rhetoric principle in official document, combining the typical cases.

从修辞要素着手，通过与一般文章修辞比较，概括出了行政公文修辞的特点。在借鉴语法修辞学理论的基础上，从不同的角度提出了公文修辞原则的概念，并结合行政公文中的典型案例。
