TTL interfaced TFT LCD Timing Controller
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
CS5845 is a TFT-LCD timing controller, which is applicable to 6 or 8-bit 800x480, 800x600,
1024 x 600 Panel in DE mode and 800 x 480 panel in
Sync modes.
CS5845 provides a polarity check function to inverse
output data for EMI reducing, when the toggle number RGB outputs is larger than 9.
CS5845 can select dithering technique function to
obtain 8-bit resolution.
FEATURES • Control ASIC output timing design is based on
Data Enable signals or HSYNC and VSYNC signals • 6 or 8-bit single input port and 6-bit single output port • Provide dithering function when 8-bit input • Provide polarity check function to inverse output
data • Interface: 2.5V/3.3V[CMOS] input, 2.5/3.3V [CMOS] output • Max Operating frequency: 60MHz • Single Power: 2.5~ 3.6V • ESD spec. 4KV • -pin TQFP package • Green package available
