    可口可乐公司作为软饮料界的领头羊,产品遍及全球200多个国家和地区,平均每天饮

    品牌,品牌价值高达660亿美元。为什么可口可乐119年来能够长盛不衰!为什么它能够在                                                                

    当今利润如此薄弱的日用饮料行业称霸!这与可口可乐公司以人为本,为顾客提供解决方案,                                                                

    重视消费者利益,为顾客创造价值是分不开的。它在满足消费者需求的基础上,不断推出新                                                                

    品、加强产品宣传力度有直接的关系。如今世界越来越小,但是只有与顾客零距离接触才能                                                                

    真正了解顾客的需求,所以,可口可乐柳州分公司在柳州地区内进行一定规模的可口可乐产                                                                

    品赠饮活动,不仅仅于现在,于未来也是非常有必要的。                                                                                                                                

    一、此次活动的目的:让可口可乐饮料在中学生心中留下深刻的足迹。                                                                

    同时加强我辅导中心的宣传效应                                                                

    二、此次活动的意义:1、这是"可口可乐"与"  "培训机构在宣传活动上长                                                                

    久合作的开始。                                                                

    2、此次活动不仅可以回报可口可乐的忠实消费者,多年以来对                                                                

    可口可乐的支持,还能够让更多的消费者品尝到可口可乐的                                                                

    产品。                                                                

    3、此次活动可以提升可口可乐产品在中学生,至少在西环                                                                

    路口这边中学生这一块的销量。                                                                

    4、此次赠饮活动如果能够展开的话,无论对于可口可乐公司,还                                                                

    是我培训中心来说都是双赢的。                                                                                                                                

    三、市场调查:柳州市27中学在学学生人数1200左右                                                                

    柳州市45中学在学学生人数2300左右                                                                

    柳州市46中学在学学生人数1300左右                                                                

    通过赠饮活动可以带动这部分中学生对可口可乐的了解和热爱

    又一个春夏悄然走过,山西大学已然历经百年沉淀,送走了一阵又一阵桃李芬芳,又将喜迎一批新的嫩芽植入这片温情的土壤。这个九月,校园里又将添新的笑颜。值此开学之际,为迎接我校2010届新生的到来,山西大学有线广播电台本着全心全意为同学们服务的基本原则,特携手知名饮品公司,精心筹办此次山西大学2010年"揭盖畅饮"新生赠饮系列大型赠饮活动,为广大新生接风洗尘,送去实实在在的福和真真切切的关怀。                                                                

    ? 活动简介                                                                

    此次赠饮活动主要针对广大新生,分别在新生开学当天和新生军训期间进行,为新生提供免费的饮品。

    5篇三:餐饮,社区免费赠饮活动操作实务                                                                            

    椰岛海王酒 餐饮,社区活动执行案                                                                

    活动目的                                                                

    以免费赠饮为手段,与消费者做深度沟通和互动,宣导产品内涵和功效,阐释产品口感和特点,提升产品形象,增进品牌亲和力。 活动前期准备                                                                

    1. 活动地点确定                                                                

    (1)在活动前必须进行实地调查,确保活动场地人流量大。                                                                

    (2)在开展活动之前必须将活动点周边区域进行浓厚的氛围包装,同时,确保终端店高铺市率以及完美的产品排面。                                                                

    2. 活动接洽                                                                

    提前与相关酒店和排档店接洽,取得终端的同意和配合,同时,应避免工商部门对活动的干扰。(这个怎么避免?)                                                                

    3.工作人员准备                                                                

    (1)所有活动参与人员必须具有专业的产品知识,如本产品的色泽,口感,药材原料,保健功效,真伪识别,竞品的相关知识,以及对消费者提出的疑问能进行恰当的回复。                                                                

    (2)强化礼仪知识,规范工作人员语言和行动。                                                                

    4.活动物料准备                                                                

    活动拱门,帐篷、展台、x展架、活动横幅、活动宣传画、宣传折页等。                                                                

    一.餐饮活动                                                                

    1. 活动形式。                                                                                                                                    

    以免费赠饮为主要活动方式,和消费者进行面对面的深度沟通,同时进行产品折页,餐巾纸发放,穿插互动小游戏,加深参与者对椰岛海王酒的认知,引导消费者现场购买消费,达成长期饮用的效果。                                                                

    2. 餐饮店选择标准。                                                                

    (1)餐饮一条街。                                                                

    (2)客流量大,生意火爆,客情较好的核心饭店。                                                                

    (3)夜场排挡街。                                                                

    (参与活动的饭店必须要有一定的空间摆放展台,x展架)                                                                

    3. 活动时间。                                                                

    (1)基础工作:                                                                

    活动前进行活动场地周边区域的氛围布置,终端补货,以及终端排面整理。终端包含所有副食店和餐饮店,做到活动区域内每家终端均能有饱满的产品陈列,浓厚的氛围包装,营造浓厚的活动气氛。                                                                

    (2)活动准备时间:在活动开展前一个半小时,各项物资需运送到位,相关人员应在活动前根据酒店的实际情况预估活动用酒及各种宣传物资的数量。                                                                

    下午4:00--5:00,活动场地布置,展台搭建,活动小组人员分工的确定,和终端老板以及服务员讲解活动目的以及意义,达成活动共识。                                                                

    (3)活动正式开始:                                                                

    晚上:5:00--8:00(应地制宜,随机应变)                                                                

    4. 氛围包装。                                                                                                                                    

    (1)悬挂条幅                                                                

    内容:印有椰岛海王酒产品功效诉求,对消费者进行有效提示。     安放位置:横幅悬挂在饭店、排档大厅或店门显眼处;活动饭店悬挂1条以上横幅。                                                                

    (2)酒店内部包装要求:                                                                

    常规宣传品包装到位,如帷幔底端平齐餐桌,pop工整贴于墙壁正。(哪里有酒店会同意?)                                                                

    餐桌:争取餐桌上提前放置餐巾纸和宣传页。                                                                

    吧台:用帷幔进行包装                                                                

    店门口:x展架或易拉宝:                                                                

    (3)保证活动酒店的强势氛围。                                                                

    5.活动人员安排。                                                                

    (1)人员数量:                                                                

    1)规模较大饭店,如在20桌以上,每个饭店至少3--4名工作人员,确定一名负责人,负责整场活动的组织协调。                                                                

    2)规模较小饭店,如20桌以下,每个饭店至少2--3名工作人员,确定一名负责人,负责整场活动的组织协调。                                                                

    (2)岗位分工:                                                                

    1)规模较大饭店:                                                                

    两名工作人员依展架、展台站在酒店门口,当酒店消费者进酒店时候,以微笑的姿态双手送上1份椰岛海王酒餐巾纸和宣传折页;另两名工作人员负责引导和开展酒店内活动!                                                                                                                                    

    2)规模较小饭店:

    6.礼仪规范

    总体要求:女性:面带微笑,落落大方;男性:面带微笑,彬彬有礼!

    7. 特别注意点。                                                                

    (1)注意品尝时间的把握,是在消费者刚刚进店,点了菜还没有开始饮酒之前,这样容易改变就餐者的饮酒计划;                                                                

    (2)不要在快要结束的就餐者那里做活动,那样做不出我们需要的效果来,也达不到对我们酒质的认定,或有的人根本就不去品尝,害怕喝两种酒相掺对身体有影响;

    3、活动进行第三项,赠饮活动正式开始,赠饮活动第一阶段将免费赠出200瓶饮料                                                                

    4、活动进行第四项,此项也是活动的最高潮部分,以游戏和比赛的形式来获得饮料:                                                                

    (1)以比赛的方式,获胜者可获得相应饮料 例如:进行                                                                

    歌唱比赛,出脑筋急转弯,才艺表演等等形式                                                                

    (2)以游戏的形式来获得相应饮料                                                                                                                                    

    例如:                                                                

    游戏 1 :提问:你认为可口可乐有什么特别? 将答                                                                

    案写至白板上(不能重复) ,每有一个答案                                                                

    则赠饮一瓶.                                                                

    游戏 2: 短文阅读 准备数篇 100 字左右的可口可

    上述 4 字时 以唱腔代替,违着就算犯规,                                                                

    读完全文而未犯规者,赠饮 1 瓶.                                                                

    游戏3:为可口可乐编一句广告词或说出一句可口可

    游戏4:规则:当场在可口可乐提供的祝福单上写一句

    第三阶段:活动结束,善后工作,活动总结                                                                

    1、各部门协调把工作做好,处理好善后工作,清理好场地,打扫好卫生                                                                

    2、由调研宣传部撰写活动总结和活动心得体会并发表新闻稿

    九、活动要求:                                                                                                                                    

    1、活动期间,工作人员不得擅离职守,要保证每个岗位必须有人,直到活动结束                                                                

    2、活动期间,工作人员必须精神饱满,热情大方,让他们看到学生会成员良好的精神面貌                                                                

    3、原则上每个学生和家长只能得到一瓶饮料,如有特殊情况,要特殊对待(比如老人比较渴,比如对于外国朋友来送学生,比如学生已经中暑等等)。                                                                

    4、原则上工作人员不得私自拆开饮料,更不能即开即饮,需自带饮用水                                                                

    5、在活动期间,要求每个工作人员除了发派饮料之外,需要解答学生对于刚入学校而产生的困惑,需要解答介绍山东建筑大学的风土人情和机电工程学院的相关内容,让新生了解山建,了解机电。下载本文
